The best cell phone repair shop I have ever worked with. I will never go to another place when I need cell phone repair services. I brought my wife's cell phone here after the Apple Store told her the motherboard was fried. My wife lost her brother and father a year ago and all of their voicemails and pictures were on the phone. The representative at Apple stated it was definitely not the battery and she could send her phone to a data recovery company in California that Apple partners with and they could likely get the data needed, but the cost would be $500-$1,000. They then sold my wife a $800.00 phone. I decided to try this place on my way home from work. The guy at rapid I phone repair looked at my phone and immediately said it's the battery. I was apprehensive at first, but he assured me it was the battery, even after I told him Apple tested it and said it was not the battery, but the motherboard, and was in-repairable. He said he would try a battery and if it didn't work then there would be no cost. Took him 3 minutes and voila the phone worked like new. This was after spending 5 hours at the Apple Store. The cost was $60 for a new battery. I took the phone we bought back to Apple and received the $800 back that we paid for the new phone we did not need. Kris (the owner) is great! I referred my brother-in-law and a friend here to have broken iPad and iPhone screens replaced, and both were happy with the price and service. Kris is nice, quick, professional, and goes out of his way to provide good service. He's also quick to respond to Yelp messages. You'll be hard pressed to find better prices elsewhere. I went with my friend when he had his iPhone SE glass replaced yesterday, and even though someone came in before us, the wait was still not very long. After a leisurely meal at the nearby Jimmy John's, the phone was ready and looked good as new. Although neither of us lives that close to Gilbert, we agreed that Kris is worth the drive! My girlfriend got her iPad Air fix here. It had a cracked screen and at first we thought it was good deal. The guy said he could do it in an hour or two but when we keep calling after 2 hr, he said he wasn't done. After using the iPad Air for a month, we noticed that the some parts of the screen was harder to press than others. It was hard to type a "o" or backspace. You would have to press hard. Then one of the kids accidentally drop it from a foot high. And it had a tiny crack that grew. I'm having it fix by another mobile company now and they knew right away that I had it fix before. They said that what the previous guy used was really low quality. That's why it cracked again after a small drop. I would not use this service again. You should look around. read more

I found this company on craigslist and to my surprise it was extremely LEGIT! I contacted Kris via email and he traveled to the area I work in and was very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and worked rapidly to fix my broken iphone 5C LCD screen. I have had amazing luck lately finding businesses that "do it for the customer, not for the money" but damn these guys take it to a whole new level! Took phone in for screen replace (took only about 10 min) find out there was some internal damage not from them, original screen got stepped on and smashed) They kept my phone all day trying different things and were able to wipe everything off, download new software and I'm pretty sure my phone is working better than the day i bought it! Rapid iPhone repair did an amazing job. He was on time, presentable and was well mannered. He could have taken me because my charging port on my iPhone would not allow a connection and it ended up being just a dirty port which he did not charge for. My iPad began acting up, and I brought it in. I had previously cracked the screen, and they did an excellent job replacing the screen. After diagnosis, I was told that my screen protector was not doing a good job, and a corner had separated. They took the screen back off and resealed it. The iPad now works great.
