I'm sure this business is fantastic and wish I could have gotten my phone fixed by this business. BUT the company Asurion is trash. Had the insurance for my phone and could have gotten the back and front glass fixed for $29! Instead they insisted I needed to get a new phone and pay $150 because first, no one had the parts. Second excuse was it's a dangerous part to fix so that's why you need a whole new phone. I went back to do the claim and it was now $250. Customer service said they wouldn't put it back to the $150. Typical insurance scamming the people. So long story short, this business is very good at what they do but who they work for ASURION, is just awful. Do not get insurance through them. read more

My son broke the screen on his iPhone. Brought it here to be repaired with insurance claim. They told me it would be ready in a couple of hours. I left and headed home. After over two hours without hearing from them I called. They stated it was all set and I could come and pick it up. I guess I shouldn't be surprised but when you tell a customer you will call them it looks bad when you don't. Pickup was easy and the phone works great with a new genuine Apple screen on it. They did try to upsell me on a screen protector, which I declined. Since it was an insurance claim there was no charge so it is hard to speak to the value. read more

This was a terrible experience. Stoped by to have my daughter's iPhone 12 repaired. The back camera glass was broken. I inquired about the cost and they stated that there was a possibility that the whole camera would need to be replaced but that they would call first if that was needed. I agreed and left the phone. After 3 days they called to state that it was done and ready for pickup. When I inquired about what was done they stated that the back glass was replaced and that the camera was replaced. When I asked why I wasn't called they said "we told you how much it was." I reminded them of our conversation and that innate for be contacted as the cost to replace both was close to the cost from Apple to just replace the entire phone through their exchange program. They became immediately combative at this point. I asked to speak to a manager and discuss this and the manager was even more belligerent than the associate. When I continued to ask why I wasn't contacted first before just replacing the components as I was told I would be I was then told to just come get the phone they'll put the old parts in it. I called corporate and was informed that this is a franchise location and they can to anything. So I went and collected me phone. I then called a locally owned place near my house in queen Creek who performed the Rosie at less than half of their cost. I have since had 2 more phones repaired at this other place. I would recommend staying away from this location. They are more concerned with profits than people. read more

I had a CONFIRMATION from Asurion printed from my email from two days prior for a battery replacement in my iPhone. The young man came out of the back and clearly his body language was that he did not want to work. He claimed that my confirmation was not in their system. He was very short and rude and told me to go back to where I got the claim filed at. He abruptly and rudely walked off and out a door. Don't ever go here! This was a complete lie!!!! He entered in the system that I cancelled the repair request!!! He cancelled it without my permission. These people are VERY DISHONEST and outright LIERS! My Element TV broke and it needed warranty work. I worked with Element to set up an appointment through Element for uBreakiFix as they requested. On appointment day I brought the TV in and it seemed like they had absolutely no idea about any appointment. They took the TV anyways and tried to repair. This mix-up may not be their fault as I was not the one who personally made the appointment. Element sent them a part to replace and they did replace that part to no avail. Gave the TV back 3 days later, which seemed a little long, as unrepairable. This is good as they could have possibly just put the new part in and said that it was fixed due to new part but they didn't. Now Element is sending me a new TV. Everyone there was nice, even helping me get a big 55" TV into a Kia Soul. They all wore masks and gloves as well. read more

Well, yes, they fixed my phone screen, and it was fast which was nice! But, they also scratched up the frame of my phone. There are five gouges on the left side of my screen that are kind of sharp when you run your finger down it. Also, their sign says genuine parts, I'm 99% sure THIS is not a genuine part. I'm disappointed for sure, but I didn't even want to complain much because I appreciate that they are working. Also, when I brought it up, he said basically "yah, that's the mark from the tool that we use to get the other screen off." Maybe they should get a different tool? If I would have known, I would have just taken it to Apple. I've learned my lesson. Cost was 120 approx all in. read more

I stopped by this store on Monday to request a price on replacing the back camera glass on my daughter's iPhone 12. I was told $110 to replace the back glass. I then told them that Apple had suggested to replace the camera with it and had quote me close to $400 to replace the phone as they don't do camera replacements. They said If it needed the camera, this would usually cost around $190 additional and the they have to remove the front screen to do this. When they do this, the screen can break and if so, this can then cost an additional $50 on top of it all. I asked "so, $350 total if it needs all of that?" he said "Yes" and then it would take 2-3 days to get the back glass in. I asked them to look and see if it needed the camera and Iw oddly decide if I wanted to continue. They took my phone and phone number and I waited. I got a call yesterday that it was completed and ready for pick up. I asked what all was wrong and he said "We replace the back glass and the camera." I reiterated that I asked them to call me prior to this as I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to spend $300 when a new phone was going to be $400. They told that they could remove the camera from the phone and just charge me for the back lens, but I would still owe them $110 for this. I stated that I was frustrated with this and the gentlemen I spoke with said "well, let us know what you want to do. We can maybe work on the price for you, or remove the camera." I said I would call them back. I called back today to discuss the option of getting a better cost and was told "No. We can remove the camera, but you would still owe us the $110. You authorized that. We can pull the camera footage from the store if you need us to." We got into a heated debate about this. My 2 stated options were to pay $110 for a still non-working camera on the phone, or pay through $300 for work I didn't authorize. The manger finally said "I'll just put the old glass back on it too and you can come get it but you need to give me until 4-5:00 pm to get it done. (3 hours from the time we were speaking.) So, I called Assurion Corporate to discuss. Their customer service was actually worse than the experience here. This is a franchise location so they have little to do with operations at these locations. They refused to try to assist me at a corporate store as I "had already visited a franchise store" we would need to "wait and see if the owner wants to do anything for you." I told them I had no interest in going to any of this owner's other franchise locations, but would be willing to go to a cooperate store further away but they stated that there was notiing Ausrion was willing to do as I was a franchise customer. I received a call 20 minutes after they told me it was ready for pick up that they were able to "get me in faster". So I went and picked up the phone from them. I called a store in Queen Creek Marketplace and they quoted me $160 for the camera and the new lens. He showed me it was an Apple camera and the lens was a sapphire true glass lens. The total for both was $160 and they even stayed a little late to get it done the same day. I would recommend looking around and not using this company at all. They clearly are only concerned with their revenues and not their customers. I would recommend iFixEm in Queen Creek. They know how to treat customers and charge fair prices for their work. read more

They worked on my gfs phone earlier and they were on her snapchat when we already dropped off the phone and when confronted about it the "manager" said they didn't go through his phone and he puts that on his life, which if that were true then why would they need the phone to be unlocked just for a screen repair?? Also they never called me to say the phone was ready i had to call even though i gave them my number to call me but "there was no number on file" Manager was very suspicious when we picked it up and acted like we were accusing him after just asking a few simple questions and we got mad and said have a good day and he was all "What???". They won't give you quotes online. Scheduled appointment to fix cracked screen knobs tablet. They said I need new glass and lcd screen. Was going to be 280 plus tax. I got a few more quotes and both of their competitors just said I needed the glass fixed. They tried to rip me off. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. read more

I made a claim through my cell phone carrier.... And went to get my screen fixed. Came back 2 hours later picked it up and my face recognition wasn't working and my charging port was broken. So I had to call my insurance again.. and took it back in. They said come back in 2 hours. So I did, and they ended up not fixing it at all. They said it would be a waste of their time because my insurance can just replace the whole phone. This is their problem! No explanation, sorry? Nope. They take no ownership. After my one year old dropped my phone into the toilet, for the second time, I knew who to call. The 1st time it was a miracle my phone was able to power up again so this time I had very low hopes. The process of setting up an appointment was easy and a new screen was placed on my phone within an hour. The only comment or facet of the process is they sent a text message once the repair was complete but not having my phone kept me from getting the notification. Perhaps providing a device that alerts you when your device is fixed or having a more pleasant waiting room could solve this small issue. read more

Brought a Nintendo switch in to see if it could be repaired. The screen would turn on and be black with colored lines. I explain that to the gentleman working who said yeah that shouldn't be a problem we should be able to fix that for you. He was unable to tell me how much it would be and was very vague in most of his responses. After a few days I hadn't heard anything I called the store to inquire on the status of the switch. The gentleman that I got on the phone had told me they didn't have the part that they needed and would order it for me and it would be $140. This information would've been nice to know when I dropped the item off not three days after they've held hostage and apparently not done anything or contacted me in regards to it. I told him to go ahead and proceed with it, begrudgingly, and then he called me 10 minutes later to tell me that they do in fact have the part needed and tried to fix it and were unable to do so so there's nothing they can do and I need to come back and pick it up. I come back to pick up the switch and right away I start noticing that the switch won't turn on even after being charged and the screen is now cracked. I've called the store to speak to a manager and I'm always told there is no manager available. if the switch was in any way repairable I will not be able to tell now because now it has a cracked screen because they broke it. It's almost as if they went to repair it and broke it further and then decided that there was nothing they could do about it and gave it back to me. Seems like a complete scam to me. I was a little skeptical at first about the quick turnaround for this repair, did they do a good job? When I picked up my device, it was perfect! Looked brand new again! I was thinking about upgrading my phone to a newer version, but after this repair my phone looks like new and I've decided to save money and keep it around for awhile! I also asked them to install a screen protector for me, 10 bucks well spent. They did a way better job putting it on than I would have ever been able to do. Very professional. They give me a price for an iPhone battery replacement and I mention that their website says: "Just bring in any local competitor's published price for the same repair, and we will happily match and beat their price by $5." I scheduled an appointment online for this location to have my screen protector replaced on my Z3 Flip. I decided to call to confirm that they had the screen. I was told on 3 separate days by the same person that he needed to check but he was too busy, he believed he had ordered them, and that I should call back the next day to see if it was in. I called today and the same person said they don't order them at all. I wasted a whole week when they could see why I scheduled the appointment and told me then they don't do that repair. Absolutely horrible experience. Went in for an issue with my phone tech as it was freezing and lagging. I made an appointment and went in, the guy at the counter could care less about my issue and said he was the only repair guy available and it would take 6 hours to fix it. I agreed and then he proceeded to just go through my settings, claim it was my storage because it was at 92, which was laughable because it was 92gb out of 168 and he clearly didn't know enough to see it wasn't 92% like he kept saying. Then to top it off he proceeded to click into my memory WITHOUT ASKING and go into my media to see the large files. Super unprofessional. Tried it again a year later as I had to do it here for my warranty only to be told they don't do it because they don't have the pieces... So order it?! I had to go to a different location in Chandler to get the problem fixed and even they commented about how that's unprofessional and that they could have just ordered the piece needed just like they did.
