These guys do great work! My iPhone6+ phone flew out of my pocket on Twisted Colossus at Magic Mountain. Amazingly, I was able to recover it after the park closed and it even powered on, but the screen and case were destroyed and nothing worked. I went to this iPhone repair store and they for some reason couldn't put the right screen I had asked for they then proceeded to Insist that I get a new phone. I denied and told them I just wanted it fixed. The problem started when I called to give them a complaint but their service. I told them they "fu**ed up my phone or something because since I had gotten the screen replaced. It was acting up. But now my speakers were acting up. So when I called the person who answered the call just hung up me and kept saying I can't hear you. That's when I told him I think you guys fu**ed up my phone. They hung up on me. And so I went to the store. The guy then kept saying I said I was going to do stuff to him and kept talking about my phone call. Was unprofessional to help me of what I needed and so I told them I just didn't understand how a different place could fix my girlfriends phone when it was worse than mine. And they told because. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is different from the IPhone 14 Plus. Overall they can't take a complaint because they get sensitive. Edit: +1 star. I appreciate that they are trying to fix an issue. They most definitely DID say they have liquid glass and charged me for it. But I'll take it in. Not professional and charged me for liquid glass but gave me a thin plastic screen protector. Not happy and won't be returning. Let me start by saying that I normally do not trust small businesses tucked away in a shopping center. My iPhone was acting weird and I hate going to the Apple store. I was passing by and saw this business and stopped in. The person at the counter was soooo nice! He immediately, right at the counter popped the phone open, replaced the battery and put my case back on. He didn't try to tell me it needed expensive work or up sell me! It took him about 6 minutes and I was skeptical about whether it would fix my problem. The charge was $60 and it has a 90 day warranty. My phone is perfect now! Less than 10 minutes of my busy day to fix a huge problem! I have to say that I am shocked! Such low prices, super fast service and nice people!
