Do not buy any apple products!! I got band new phone less than 2 years ago amor after thier new update my phone stopped working just like many others that I found online! I tried to contact Apple to resolve this problem, but even though my phone was less than two years old only because my phone was out of its basic warranty they wanted me to pay over $180 to fix my camera. I had an apple 7S plus for over six years and never had any issues with it but I have had my 15+ for just over two years and they can't even replace my camera! Apple products are a scam! There is no need to buy Apple products ever with this type of faulty equipment and no guarantee to fix it when broken I beg you to buy Google and Microsoft products to avoid this terrible product! read more

Went in for a laptop screen replacement. Broke my webcam and has haloing around text and now i can't use my graphics card. I researched for weeks thinking it was on my end but found out the screen was not done correctly. Reached out to them about the situation and was responded with some seriously rude responses by the guy. Felt like he was mad I even reached out to him about it. I just want this thing fixed. I don't want to go in anymore as I'm afraid they'll destroy my laptop further now and from his tone of voice he'll just deny forever on all the new issues I've seen that was not present before and now I have to spend another 460 bucks finding another shop to do this work correctly. Took to repair phone over couple months ago for broken screen and and back too. We get it back great until it has overheating problems and then they promise to fix it and they do. But soon it just stops working all together after one drop to the ground. we take it now and they say we understand but for 200$ we were appalled at the price because it's never once been our fault for the issues besides the original repair, of course we said no and took it to repair at an Apple certified place and they told us it obviously they spilled something on our phone and refused to fix it the right way. They also left tape on the phone instead of the required metal brackets. I have never been more angry at business not for myself but the countless other people they have wronged like this read more

My iPhone had worked fine but now was suddenly frozen. The first thing the tech said was: it's the motherboard. Then he kept fishing for physical explanations. Was your phone sparked? I played dumb with the both of them, them not realizing I work in advanced technologies. The answers were nonsense. When I asked about retrieving data, the answer was: It can't be done if there are no copies in iCloud. Apparently, they have not heard of recovery methods. I took my phone back and left. I originally gave them 5 stars. A couple days after the screen was repaired it started glitching and the numbers wouldn't work where it would lock the screen cause it would get stuck. Tried to push down hard on the screen to stop it from calling people and the screen cracked. Took it back less than a week, I would have done it sooner but switched phones and was working. They confirmed that the screen was defective, regardless of the small crack. The District Manager still charged me $60 for the DEFECTIVE screen. Only went in because i needed a same day turn around on my phone. The guy there said he would be able to fix the screen and face recognitions, came back and said it was working. Tried it multiple times in front of him and it was not working. He proceeds to barely look me in the eyes and tell me that they don't have the tools to do it and I'd have to go to Apple to take care of that. I ask for a discount because of the false service and he refuses and continues to charge me $260+ tax ($280 total). Also he said the whole process once i dropped it off would take an hour and a half...nope it took him an hour to call me and tell me what's wrong, then another 2 hours to call me and tell me it's ready. Take your money and take the extra drive somewhere else. I would refuse to go to this place ever again. read more
