My iphone X had a cracked screen for a while but yestersay after i dropped it again it was boot looping, i went to the Apple store and they can swap my iphone out for $600 + tax, which seemed a bit insane to me, luckily I found this place for a second opinion down the road, after working on my phone for about 30min it was determined that my front ear speaker was causing the boot loop and had to be swapped out, so we had that taken care of as well as replaced the screen for a fraction of the cost what Apple was going to charge me. Best iPhone Repair in Tempe guys! I had a severely damaged iphone 8 plus, it wasn't even turning on. I called around and found a few places but none of them did back glass or the price was crazy high. I finally called Rapid iPhone Repair and the price and time frame they offered were very reasonable compared to others. They replaced the front and back glass the same day, i guess back takes way longer than front screens from what i was told. Well long story shirt my phone looks brand new again as nothing ever happened. I will definitely be back if i need any help in the future. You guys are a life saver. read more

i chose them over others, they were faster and cheaper by $20.00, i needed to get a new battery for my iPhone, i called around and asked about the time frame to do the repair , was told 2-3 hours but they could not do it today because they close at 5:00, so the next company i called was "Rapid Iphone Repair" he told me it would be $20.00 cheaper then the last guy and that he can do the repair within 30 mins, which was way better as i use my phone for business i can deal with 30 mins down time but 3 hours would be horrible , i am a happy customer and would give them 10 stars read more

I came in on the 29th of November and had to get the back of my phone fixed and it was perfect but then i had some problems with the front camera and i came back in today and they fixed it for free! All the people are so helpful and the prices are so affordable compared to apple and any other competitors!! When I asked apple how much it was they said "$700 or just buy another new phone". and I payed $120 for the back of my phone which was amazing. I don't do a review unless I either get exceptional service, or want to serve out a warning. I just normally file a claim whenever I need my phone fixed. However, I trust Rapid IPhone repair more than any refurbish phone I might get back from my service provider. I know they put genuine parts when they repair my phone for a great repair cost.
