My overall experience is a 0/5 stars because of the poor quality customer service, display of the store and lack of items for sale. I went in this store on a Sunday after looking at the new weekly offers hoping they'd be stocked up with what they advertised. When I arrived right when they opened, I asked the guy with dyed hair in the front and a mask on where I can find a specific item (post it dispenser) and he told me to go to aisle 2 where post its were. I would have appreciated if he actually took me to the item as he was not doing anything but standing there in the first place. I went to look for the post it dispenser only to be greeted with low stocked shelves and not the item I was looking for. I perused around the store and enjoyed adding items to my cart and then took a dispenser to the front cashier (2018359) he tried his best to help me get the post it dispenser I was looking for by looking at the SKU, showing they had it in stock and directed me to the person I already interacted with when I arrived. He walked me to the post its and I asked if he can look in the back. It took about 2-3 minutes and this employee walked right by me to the cashier 2018359 and delivered the post it dispenser. As a customer I would have appreciated if this employee connected with me more by bringing what I asked directly to me instead of acting like I was a bother or nonexistent. I also would have appreciated if this employee actually brought more than just my item out to add more to the shelves in case other customers like me wanted to buy it. This makes the customer experience AND the employee experience more enjoyable because it is efficient to make sure stock is out for customers to get. I surely hope this Staples is receptive to feedback and makes some positive improvements to make customers feel welcome with good interactions so customers want to come back to shop here.

The manager walked me over, mentioning it's a popular item and that's sometimes online stock isn't accurate. Luckily they were in stock. I mentioned it was cheaper online and he said "No problem, we'll match it at the register." Stoked to find quick help who was quick to offer the better price. It's small things like this that keep me loyal to certain places.

I have been a customer with PrintPal for over 20 years and I have NEVER had this much of a hard…read moretime. Back in Dec 2018 I bought $81.80 worth of cartridges(4 cartridges -1 black, 1 cyan, 1 yellow, and one magenta)for my HP Office Jet Pro 8720 All In One. My intention was keep extra cartridges on hand. Last week I went to change the yellow cartridge and my printer said that the ink cartridge was inserted incorrectly and could not function. I tried re-installing it several times and still the error. I contacted PrintPal for a replacement/refund and they have ignored me to date. I have sent several emails and calls to customer service go unanswered. Thinking that it just may be a dud cartridge I purchased 1 brand new HP Yellow replacement from Staples and it worked right away!! So I know its the cartridge supplied by PrintPal. Two days later the black cartridge I have been using ran out and I inserted the black one supplied by Printpal and I get the SAME error!!! So I buy a Black one from Staples and it works no problem. So repeat this process with ALL 4 cartridges from PrintPal and NONE of them WORK !!!!! And I have gotten NO RESPONSES FROM PRINTPAL ! I am certain that PrintPal programs the chips on the cartridge NOT to function after the 180 days refund limit!!!!!! A BUNCH OF TOTAL BS. PRINTPAL, you have lost NOT only ME as a Customer but I will make sure I tell everyone in my business circles NEVER TO BUY FROM YOU !!!!!! FURIOUS !!!!
