He was towing my truck that had a camper shell backwards with the repo Rig when he hit the railroad track my camper shell flew off and all the belongings in the bed of my truck scattered all over the interstate. He stated that he would get to it first thing Wednesday morning. I requested that he do the tow that evening (Tuesday). He told me he would try but it probably would not be until Wednesday first thing. On Thursday at 11:54AM I spoke with the garage to check on the progress. They informed me that they had not yet received the truck. At 12:58PM I finally got hold of the owner of the towing business. He told me he tried to call me but had the wrong number (caller ID???). He said he tried to call the garage on Wednesday to get my number but they had closed for the day. (They close at 4:00PM daily.) He could not give a valid reason for the delay. I asked him if he could at least reduce the price as I lost a whole day's work with my truck. He told me no and that the tow bill was added to the garage bill. He did not do as promised yet received full compensation and I have no recourse. I'm very glad it was not my wife and children broke down on the side of the road waiting on him for 48 hours. This man did not keep his word and I will not recommend him.
