I could tell he was good because his schedule was full a week out. On the scheduled day, he kept me informed when he would arrive to do the repair. When he arrived he explained how he would do the repair. He removed the ding in a short amount of time and there is now no evidence of any damage. They said it wasn't their kinda thing, BUT they referred me to Collision Auto Glass in Beaverton. Made an appointment for 1:30 on Friday. I arrive and I barely get in the door, and they call me by name and ask for the keys. Tells me it'll take 30 minutes. I settle in to their customer lounge (nice!) and start surfin the web. Less than 10 minutes later, they're calling me to the window! They tell me the car is being pulled to the front already! I ask how much? No charge! Jydt refer others (Damned straight i will!) If you expect to have any kind of a conversation about details of work performed, forget it. They worked on my transmission, left out a part, and I didn't make it 200 miles. They don't stand behind their work, but did offer to sell me a $10,000 trans to replace it.
