I found myself in a terrifying situation, stranded in the Caldecott Tunnel during rush hour with a dead car and a wife who was about to become a widow (just kidding, honey!). Car is fine but I ran out of gas *i am an idiot. After calling multiple towing places and 911 but no one showed up, the situation was getting dire. As if by magic, Tuan appeared like a knight in shining armor. Not only did he rescue us from a dire situation, but he went above and beyond by driving us to a gas station and charging us half the price of other quotes. Tuan is a true hero and a shining example of humanity at its best. BD Towing should be incredibly proud to have such a compassionate and skilled employee. The tire was also the wrong size and bigger than it should have been. When I told them it was the wrong size, the employee tried to convince me it was fine and the tire was the right size. I asked them to remove the tire and give me my old tire back and they refused, stating I needed to pay for the service they provided. They also said they take your credit card number for payment, instead of a credible payment method. I had to call Antioch PD to get my tire back. I did not pay them.

Oscar's customer service was hands down a gentleman and he knew his stuff!
