Six in our party, great cocktails & local tap beer selection. Three had massive hand made 1/3lb burgers, one had a steak sandwich cooked to perfection, one had a fettuccine pasta dish & my pork belly came smothered in shishito peppers, roasted garlic, grilled red onion & was generous & delicious. We ordered a shishito pepper appetizer & breaded fried portobello mushroom fries which were delicious & plentiful. The dining room is elegant & relaxing with very attentive service & fair prices. It is a little difficult to locate in a mixed industrial complex but is like a different, peaceful escape once you're inside. We will definitely make the 49 min drive from East Sac in the future as this is definitely a hidden gem!

Whether you're in the dining room or in the tasting room of Dry Digging Distillery, you definitely take a step back in time with the atmosphere. 2nd, the food and craft cocktails are phenomenal. The menu offers a little bit of everything without overwhelming you with options. The quality and flavor of the food is absolutely perfect. You can tell the chef takes pride in the food he serves. The seasoning is always spot on and the portion size is perfect. The shocking thing is the price... I was pleasantly surprised given the quality, freshness and portion size of the food at how reasonable the price was. For this level of dining, they could easily charge more and it would be worth it and I'd pay it. The variety of cocktails they serve is fantastic... I've tried multiple and they all have great flavor. The bartenders take pride in providing you with a great experience with your drink. Must try the plum whiskey sour... it's ridiculously good. 3rd the service is incredible. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff that are genuinely excited to see you. They are invested in ensuring you have a great experience whether you're there for cocktails, food or both. They are always very accommodating on reasonable request. The staff always make you feel like you're more than just a customer. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They really did gather a unique group of people to ensure you have a great experience. It's off the beaten path a tiny bit however very well worth the extra couple minute drive once in EDH to visit. Down the street from the Tractor Supply store. A lot of heart, time, care and energy went into opening this place. The attention to detail in the atmosphere, gathering the right staff and securing a chef who cares about the quality of food that is served is no easy task...and they did it. This absolutely is a must try place!!!

Im a bit disappointed in the happy hour food…read more I've been here several times for their drinks, but something just didn't click in my most recent visit. I came here for happy hour and ordered a handful of their items. Chicken Lumpia - over all I was pleased with how piping hot, fresh out the fryer it was. A bit thin for my linking but I appreciated there were 6 pieces. The sauce did not pair well. There was something off about it that isn't your typical sweet and sour; maybe the sauce was made in house. Sisig fries - decent portion of fries but fell short on the pork. Lacked an egg and didn't really meet the sisig flavors that I'm used to. You can definitely taste the zestiness of the lemon - nice touch, but other than that it's just fries with pork, red onion and green onion garnish. Hot dog - a $9 happy hour hot dog was the biggest disappointment. Sure the bread texture was good, toasted with a nice chew, but that was it. The dog itself was charged to my linking but it really didn't feel worth the money spent for its portion. Fries - 100% would get again. Cauliflower bites - I liked this too, flavor was good but such a small portion our table has to order two. Similar to the hotdog, not sure if it's worth the spend for the portion size. Despite the food not satisfying my cravings, the service was great. The young lady was helpful and was working hard taking orders, making drinks and delivering the food. The place was pretty busy at least the indoor area. Plenty of seating outside, but in this heat not sure if it's a good idea. Didn't see any misters but would be a nice touch to draw in more folks. Side note: some of the cocktails are premade, and can be overly sweet.

Now, the son Edward has taken over and the menu has been changed to feature sushi, in little old Georgetown. Edward has been making sushi for years previously at Beerwerks, has now taken that experience to running his own place. We've been there a couple times now, and Edward is great. I've been to Japan a couple times, and I casually said I miss traditional Japanese Nigiri (they put wasabi in the rice). Edward said, I can't make for most people cause it's too much, but if you want it I can make it! NO WAY! I said, can it be on the Georgetown Distillery "secret menu"?? He laughed and said sure, just ask. Emilie wanted a roll, but with soy wrap instead of seaweed. Edward said Hmm...I've never made this particular roll in soy, so I'm not sure how it will come out...but I'm up to the challenge. That's how you do it! He set the expectation level, and she said DO IT! Well...it came out perfectly. I've had miso soup, edemame, several nigiri sushi and Emilie has had the coconut curry and "the" roll. All very good.
