The guy at the front desk is incredibly careless and rude. This place is PACKED and much smaller than all of its competitors. People bring their sick kids in and it's honestly just a huge breeding ground for germs. They don't regulate the times for people jumping. I saw ONE staff member who was actually doing his job and not just glued to his phone like everyone else. Overall, we will go elsewhere next time. read more

Took my 3 grandkids today and they thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a lot of fun there last year and were really looking forward to checking it out this year in light of the additions we knew they were making. They were GREAT. My grandkids had a terrific time and we look forward to future trips there. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. This place was a total bait and switch. The pictures are nothing like the actual place. There were only a couple features, the bathrooms were dirty and smelly at 9:30 am, and they make you buy socks separate from your entry ticket, and they don't have women's sizes, so I had to buy socks that don't even fit for $7. The roof was leaking, so they had random mats on the trampoline. The staff was nice enough, but not very helpful, and didn't really have agency to help in any way. Everything seemed run down. In the play area, there wasn't supervision, so it was kind of a hot mess of kids throwing ball out and blocking paths. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Another great stop at Sky Zone for a birthday party. The customer service was awesome and check in was super easy. Even if you forget to add a child to the waiver, they help you out quickly. Well came again in hopes that it would be better but I guess not. Two older kids took the basketball from the hoops area and took it on the trampoline and decided to play a game of dodgeball. Throwing the basketball everywhere then throwing it by the couch area. My kid was waiting to use the hoop but the boys took the ball. Looked for an employee but couldn't find one anywhere! The bathroom is also very disgusting. Needs a good deep clean for sure. I've been to gas station bathrooms cleaner than that. It's the kind there you don't wanna touch anything and feel dirty walking out. Nasty. You also now have to purchase game cards for the arcade games. Yea quarters were much easier than waiting in a line to get a card. And the rock wall , needs some sort of supervision too. So I do think this place is overpriced but with California taxes and requirements you can't really blame the business. 5 stars to the employee Landen. At 5:00 pm it was packed and there's no one more impatient than kids on a Friday night waiting to get in. Landen moved the line quickly and efficiently and was able to answer our questions, sell us some socks in a flash and had a great attitude while doing so. Only complaint is that they should referee the bigger rougher kids or give them an area solely for them. Saw a few small ones get clotheslined or knocked down or landed on. Be careful with this company, when you buy a membership and you ask about the bring a buddy, they don't tell you that you have to bring the physical pass to redeem it. So I go after talking to them on the phone about the buddy pass, make sure I have everything and they don't tell me till I get there that. Then try to get me to buy a day pass. Let's start with the staff. They are all high school students. 17 & 18 year olds. Kudos for giving them a chance but there's no supervision. They are rude to the customers and no sense of urgency when doing their job. When it comes to safety they need to be more alert and authoritative when it comes to rough housing and dangerous behavior. The manger or owner not quite sure what her role is, doesn't have a clue how to run a business and the general manager is just as young as his staff. As for hours hope you're not looking to make money to live on. You'll get 4 hrs a couple of days a week. It costs more in gas to drive there than what you'll earn. We booked our son's party on a Wednesday for a smaller, more personal celebration. Some kids arrived a little late, and even though they only got about 15 minutes to jump, staff still charged full price. Then we were told no one could go back to jump after the party room -- something we were never told upfront. The park was nearly empty, but staff refused to be flexible or understanding. The kids were so disappointed, and when we reached out to the VP via provided email, he brushed us off. We left feeling frustrated, confused, and really let down. We recently came here for my cousin's bday party. And unfortunately my daughter left with 3 fractured bones in her foot from one of the areas within 10 minutes of arriving. No it was caused by herself, it wasn't caused from r running into another kid. This was due to the safety negligence thats put in place to ensure children are safe when jumping. They have an area that has an inflatable stair place and when you reach the top you jump of into a safety blanket pretty much..im not sure if this is filled with air or foam, but what was supposed to break my daughter's fall, didnt. She jumped however many feet in the air straight onto the concrete floor. Now has a splint and will be going in for a cast. Its crazy something like this could happen and just grateful amd thankful it was not any worse than what my daughter endured. I did try and make an incident report and the manager advised that if my daughter continued jumping the report would be ripped up. Which understandable but not very assuring considering. And of course my daughter was in pain but what child wants to leave the place she was going to have so much at, so she jumped through the pain but during the ride home cried nonstop because of the how much her foot hurt. Came here for our son's 5th bday party. We ended up choosing the jigger enclosed room in the back. Staff was very helpful. We were given a 3 month trial membership and though there were a few hiccups the staff were extremely helpful and friendly letting us enter and play even though the membership wasn't started yet. This places was alright. Was hard to find a spot to sit to eat. Wish they had more tables. Some people don't clean up after themselves so you're not too sure if that table can be available. We notice food left on table and looked like they were finished because trash was all over the table, had to get a worker to tell them to clean it. Took my 4yr. Old grandson here 2 days in a row. They only had 1 staff member to supervise the whole trampoline areas with at least 100 kids. Yesterday a small toddler was hurt, while playing in the 6 & under area, by a large 12 yr. Old kid, who was among many big kids allowed to play in the 6 & under area. I spoke to the manager Chris, today who dismissed my concern & was annoyed at me. I found out they only have 1 staff person assigned to the trampoline areas for last 2 days. 1 star Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. The level of incompetence here is mind-boggling. We signed up for a monthly membership, but they couldn't even manage to provide a basic receipt or confirmation email. Today, my wife drove an HOUR with our kids to use the facility, only to be treated disgracefully by their manager, Chris. Even though she showed him the screenshot of our credit card transaction, he claimed they had "no record" of our membership. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, he just WALKED AWAY from my wife and children! The customer service is non-existent and the management is completely incompetent. As if that wasn't bad enough, the facility itself is FILTHY. The employees seem totally checked out and couldn't care less about how dysfunctional everything is. It's clear that poor management has led to zero accountability and rock-bottom standards. Don't waste your time or money here. The management is incompetent, the place is dirty, and they clearly have zero respect for their paying customers. Save yourself the time and money. I bought a membership the first time I went because it seemed cool. I'm canceling after one month. This place is a total free for all. They've got groups of 150 lb teenagers running full speed next to 7 and 8 year olds with no regard for safety. I've seen collisions, small kids getting pushed and bullied and even kids getting into physical fights. the employees that are standing around staring off into space are just like "I didn't see anything". There is a space for 5 years and under, but this place is truly dangerous and unsupervised. Also parents just drop kids off here and leave, so behavior goes totally unchecked. There is no place to actually sit or monitor children. It's a hit or miss in regards to seating. The bounce locations are not "tierd off" between young kids and the pre-teens. Some pre-teens just run thru younger kids' jump locations with no regard to safety. You MUST monitor your children at all times. I saw a lot of kids bumping into one another or falling on to other kids. Scary and not equipped correctly. I guess that's why you sign a waiver, if anything occurs. Food birthday party locations are small and not made for parents or guests to sit with children. Too small and unorganized business. Hopefully, it will get re-organized for parents sitting areas and party rooms. But for now, no such luck. read more

we had 2 VIP passes from having 2 birthday parties there in Sep and Oct. today is Dec 3, I'm told they don't accept them anymore and they have expired. I end up paying $30 ea for 2 hrs of fun? the kids asked for Dots, $5 for each and there isn't enough to fill an ice cream scoop, as well as being old and not very good. it's been cold in Sacramento and today was no exception, but it was colder inside, than out. I grew up in -40 weather and this was almost worse. It took a couple of hours for me to warm up. This place is a rip off, 3-4 staff at the counter and they did nothing but laugh and talk among themselves, the place smells and needs to be swept and wiped down. Never going back. I don't have any good photos because of how much fun we had jumping around! We came to a birthday party here and had a fantastic time. It wasn't too busy, and there was plenty of space to move about. Everyone was supervising their children. And, at the time, the older children that were playing here were very aware of the younger ones. You are also free to join your children on the bouncers if you're worried about it. My son enjoyed playing a few of their arcade games as well. It's pretty spacious so would be nice if they ever thought about adding more! Once we were in the party room, the pizza and cake were pretty delicious and filling after all the jumping around. There's plenty of slices to go around as well. We had great service and great interactions with all of the staff here. Lovely to get the chance to try this place out and will most likely come back again when we get the chance. read more

Such a waste of money.... This sky zone is about 1/2 the size of a normal sky zone. There is no zip line. There is no foam block area to play in and jump into. There are 3 basketball trampolines. The only exciting thing was the sticks to battle. But it was deflated. No rock climb. Super sad excuse for a sky zone. I walked in assuming it was larger but was not. My kids were pretty disappointed, and the bathroom was gross to boot. Definitely look for a better sky zone because this one is not worth the money at all. read more

We got invited to a party at Sky Zone this Sunday . I just had to sign the waiver on my phone the kids had jumping time, and after the jumping time they went to a party room. The party room was spacious and very clean. They had pizza and cupcakes . Cashmire was the young lady hosting the party she did an amazing job ! She was very attentive and very nice! This is definitely a great option for a kids birthday party. All you have to do is show up. The whole establish was very organized and clean. It seems like they did a lot of upgrades. I seen a team member at all the stations watching the kids and making sure everything was okay . I will definitely be coming back to for some more jumping time! Last month we decided to book our daughter's 6th birthday party here for the first time since she loves jumping and they allow the large guest list she wanted to invite! We booked 2 weeks in advance and were lucky enough to snag the last time slot on her birthday! The basic party package includes 1 hour of jump time, 1 hour in the party room, SkySocks, Sky Zone T-Shirt for birthday child, plates, utensils, napkins, tablecloths, personalized electronic invitations, a party host and discounted tickets for adults who want to jump!! Our party host was Allison and we were blessed to have her, she helped set up the entire party room and was great with coordinating when to cut the cake, open gifts, etc.! Not to mention they allow you to bring your own party food($50 fee) drinks and cake! Allison even brought out plate towers to make everything look aesthetically pleasing and even helped put out her party favors! I would recommend this location for kid's birthday parties, nice little jumping areas, foam pits for play fights, a rock climbing wall and cool arcade for your little ones! It was perfect for her age group! A few of her guests said they frequent this location, our daughter and her guests had a blast and didn't want to leave! The only reason I'm subtracting a star, was for a miss-charge, but thankfully the issue was resolved and they allowed us to jump a little past our jump time! i'm so confused by these bad reviews when we had nothing but a great time! we did go on a sunday evening so it wasn't super crowded (which i've heard its busier during the weekend days). we called ahead and Heaven was so kind and explained how everything would work (since we were a larger party). we had many kiddos from ages 4-8 and they all had a blast. they didn't have to wait in line very long for many of the attractions. they have a huge upstairs area, with tons of tables and space for parties. you can also get a party room if you want a more private area. we also wanted to watch the niners game and Heaven and Angel made it happen for us. they also have food and drink options, which make having a party here so easy. the slides were closed so that was a major womp womp, but there's still so much to do. we also met Ben who we learned was siblings with Heaven and Angel -- all which truly made our evening so great. we will absolutely be back and look forward to creating many more memories at sky zone! thank you so much Heaven for being so great to us during our party! truly went above and beyond to make sure our birthday girl had the best birthday. read more
