I considered putting the dosas on the stove for a few minutes or reheating them in the air fryer, but didn't end up doing it - if you do get the dosa delivered, perhaps you can try doing that to recreate the crispiness/freshness. I went here because they shoved an ad in my car door handle and then I happened to walk by the restaurant one day and I was like "hey that's the place that shoved the thing in my door handle!" They brought out some delicious Indian snacks before our food came out that looked like packing peanuts and ice cream cones but they were delicious (upon googling the packing peanuts are called far far / Fryums- not sure what the ice cream cone crackers were) If you're looking to sample a lot of things with a small group of people (2-4) I'd recommend one of the mixed grill combos. We got the Punjab mixed grill combo which included lamb kebab, chicken skewers, basmati rice, dal tadka, assorted veggies plate, various dips and sauces, and pickled onions. Everything was EXCELLENT. I especially liked the flavors of the lamb curry. If you get it be careful of small bones! Definitely would come back again to try more food, especially some of the keralan fish dishes! The owners are a very cute couple who are very friendly and accommodating. Some nitpicks/things to note: the bathroom was not great and missing toilet paper. It also smelled smoky. If you're coming at a peak time, there is lots of parking along the streets around the restaurant, but it tends to be pretty full. You may need to circle around a bit to find a spot.
