went in to have the back glass repaired on my galaxy 9+ , they said they needed to order the part, and it would take 3 days to get part, and they would message me when they got part. 4 days late, NOTHING, I call them, they don't have the part, and guy i spoke to said , that because THEIR guy didn't take a deposit , they probably didn't order the part... So... be careful if you use them... they don't seem to train their employees properly to their policies, so I am having to go to some place else to get the work done.. same day... not 4 days later.. who take 4 days to get a back screen for a galaxy 9+ ....must have been buying the part from japan or china.. Edit..they messaged back to try to make it right..so I give them props for that..but still need to make sure employees are properly trained..my friend has been without his first phone for a week waiting for this..and if I hadn't called..I would still be waiting read more

I came across this place to fix the glass screen to the camera lens of my iPhone 13 Pro Max but it turns out it wasn't broken at all. The guy who works there (I didn't get to get his name) informed me that it was just the protective part of the camera lens that broke which he showed me that easily came off & gave me a protective glass screen for it for only $10. This guy really saved me quite some money. He kept it honest with me which I appreciate, because you don't get that from anyone nowadays. This place really take pride in what they do. This is such a late post... I've been here a few times, but this is my first review on Yelp. I have a previous review on google. I came her back on December 5th to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced. When Cesar opened it, he saw that the battery was about to explode. -Thanks for that btw. That's the only reason you didn't get 1 star- He "fixed" it pretty quickly. Like around 10 mins. I paid around $86 plus tax. I took it home without any problems. So I thought. On Friday it work ok, but I could tell the screen was acting up a bit, but I thought nothing of it. When I woke up on Saturday morning, I could not unlock it. My 2 year old had locked my fingerprint access so I had to enter my 4 digit code. But the 1,2,3 buttons DIDN'T WORK n my passcode had a 2 in it. I couldn't go back to the repair shop right away because it was my daughter's birthday. I was so upset because i couldn't take not one picture on my baby's special day!! After the party I went to him and do you know he told me?? I would have to Paavo another $45 to get the screen replaced!! Are you kidding me?? I understand it wasn't the next day, but damn! I'm a REPEAT customer who have given ur business hundreds of $$ n you're telling me to pay full price on something you were supposed to have fixed? That is crazy. I wasn't asking for a freebie, I know he still has to make a living, but come on dude. I guess you are ok at what you do as far as repairs, but unfortunately you're no business man. Terrible customer service!!! Bought a computer chair from him and the thing fell apart within 2 months!! I called him to see if he could help told me he cant do anything and that it was probably my fault it broke!!! Would never recommend this place it is very shady stay away!!!! EDIT: He did not say he would fix he he told me i should tighten the chair which of course i already did and i told him one of the bolts broke and he said he would give me me a new one but the bolt broke to where its still threaded in i told him i dont know how to fix this he wasn't willing to fix it he wanted me to fix the defective chair HE sold me!!!!
