The second time, they didn't even bother to notify me so I had to drive all the way out there only to find a waiting room full of people, all, asking the same questions: where the hell is the doctor? The excuse was, he had an emergency surgery in the morning. But this was 3:30 in the afternoon and they still didn't bother to call any of us. Everyone there is very polite, and always apologetic, which they wouldn't need to do if they actually just did their job (you know, like actually notifying patients when the doctor isn't even there and needs to cancel.).
