This spot is a little hidden but I'm glad I found it. So it's a water place but also a treats place. We ordered a raspado de vanilla & 2 champiña. It was $18 (paid with card) and that's honestly a very fair price. The guy taking our order was very nice and our drinks were delicious. Stopped by again and some young kid was working the register and he was also nice. I can't wait to try the other items on the menu.

Good variety of raspados, shakes (they use Thrifty's ice cream), juices, etc. I've tried several different of the raspados and enjoyed each of them. They put fresh fruit in the raspados which make it so much more enjoyable. The hubby always gets a vanilla raspado and says it's good. The kid gets a vanilla shake which is tasty according to him. Service is always quick and friendly. They do charge 50 cents to use your card. If that matters to you, make sure to bring cash then.

The Raspados were pretty good. I liked that you can choose ice or milk for the base. It's so hot outside I didn't want a milky drink. The guy at the register was helpful, and let me know the drinks I can make icy. It a little place that has several dispensers for water, including two on the outside just in case you get there and they're closed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No place to sit but the A/C is great![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I would have gave them a 5 star but they don't have prices on anything, including their brochure. Pictures below. read more

Did a search for a local juice place and found this place. It's a nice local business, take cards/apple pay. I ordered two juices: Green and the Anti-flu, large 32 oz were $7.00 and the juices were perfect, and yummy; I had called it in so they were ready when I arrived. They also make a wide variety of snacks like Tostitos and have a bunch of chips you can buy, I bought a pack of those dorados sticks that came with salsa picante, the young lady was nice enough to put some limon for me. Will definitely be returning! It was a to-go place, no seating that doubles as a filtered "wateria" type store. read more

I went in there to fill up 4 five gallons of water, it was supposed to be $8.00 , my wife gave him a role of quarters , $10 dollars worth, he said he was going to charge her 2 extra dollars because it was in a role and that the bank charges extra for depositing the quarters like that. read more

Love this place. We were super fortunate to have found you when we moved back to Fontana a couple years ago and have now tried ALMOST everything on the menu :) not just raspados! Delicious fresh juices, good selection of ice cream, fresh filtered water at a great price, BOMB fruit plates, fresh tamales and, well of course, hot cheetos smothered in nacho cheese *nom nom nom* Thanks for being around and for being so polite. There really isn't much to say here. This is a water shop that sells ice cream and raspados and several other snacks. They also sell smoothies and nachos. I went inside because I was craving a raspado. I ordered a small but their version of small is pretty large. I wanted 2 flavors but they said if I wanted 2 flavors I needed to get a large so I just went with vanilla. My wife got an ice cream and my daughter got a raspado. My raspado was good, nothing special. My daughter liked hers and my wife was whatever about the ice cream. Overall a solid raspado, I'd go back again. read more

I went to raspados Colima and I found a hair in my tamale and it also gave me diarrhea for then forth I will never never never ever eat or order anything thing from there will I'll do respect the tamales are not good and they are to doughy And the owner gorge was being rude and raising his voice at me bc my 1 year old niece was crying loudly and I was trying to calm her down but he kept telling me to shush her and he had no rights to raise his voice at me bc I'm not his family or friend of any sort so I'm telling you guys shouldn't go there bc most of the employees are most likely rude and disrespectful with no manners read more

I have never had this version before and I don't know the Spanish name but it was like a spicy strawberry slushee. My husband said it was the OG of its kind, however I didn't really care for the small chunks of ice. I like it either smoother or chunkier ice so it doesn't get sucked up. I will say the flavor was delicious! As I mentioned, it was a spicy strawberry with chunks of strawberries and tajin, chamoy and Tabasco. The flavor was a party in my mouth for sure! The shop also sells water refills, so its this large open are with water refills on one side and a counter for ice cream and lined chairs with the menu taped to the wall on the other side. The guy working the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I may return to try something else but I don't think I would get what I got again. read more

I love their pepinos locos -- and their openness to custom tailor them. I requested light Japanese peanuts and more of their hormiga candy and they did it. The gentlemen who handles the cashier is very nice. Service is quick and if you're in a rush you can call in your order and pickup. BONUS: They accept amex! read more

Whoa the large is huge! And with that super delicious! The shop has a homey feel to it and everyone inside is extremely friendly and courteous awesome customer service! The Raspado itself, which I got a Coco and Nuez (Coconut and Walnut) was soooooooo good!!! I've had a couple Raspados around the area but this one hands down is the best!!! If you're craving something cold and tasty make a stop down here you will not regret it! Might bump into me cause I'm definitely coming back! Oh also! Just be aware they do have a small charge of 50 cents for debit card use so might be better to bring some cash read more

I told her I had a mobile order pickup, gave her my name, and her response was simply, "Okay," before walking away without any further communication. I spent about a minute getting napkins and sauces ready, and when I came back, my food was just sitting on the counter. No one called my name, confirmed the order, or mentioned that my drinks and chocolate custard scoop were missing. I stood there waiting while the same employee continued making rounds and chatting with dine-in guests. Thankfully, another employee noticed me and asked if I needed help. I asked if the order on the counter was mine, and she confirmed it was. I then asked about my drinks and custard, and she said she'd bring them out. After grabbing a spoon and returning, the drinks and custard were sitting there with no employee in sight. I grabbed my food and left. Once I got home, my daughter asked where her juice was that was supposed to come with the kids meal. That's when I realized they forgot that too. Worst service ever if you're not dining in. The lack of communication, attention, and care with a simple mobile order was extremely frustrating. Definitely not happy with this experience and will not be coming back.

So far a great store in the neighborhood for some south Asian spices , snacks and the usual American spices available too. Gotta try their different varieties of ice cream , it was so delicious and creamy . I purchased one of every flavor and not one I didn't like . The gentleman working here were friendly , he helped me with some questions I had regarding Indian snacks for my children. My kids were so excited to see all the goodies I brought home .

The girls are rude, they need better customer service. They need to hire new people because this isn't the first time they are rude and I am finally making a post cause I'm tired of them being that way. It makes you feel not welcomed. I am looking at one of the freezers and the shortest girl that was working this day with black hair was telling me to move out the way when I am trying to order from that freezer with the other girl that was helping us. How do you expect for me to buy if you don't want me looking? Make it make sense. Also, make them wear name tags so I can formally address them when there is a problem.

There was only one staff member managing the entire store completely on his own, and I was blown away by how he handled it. Despite the rush and the immense pressure, he had the absolute best attitude. He was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming to every single person in line. It's rare to see that level of work ethic and genuine hospitality these days--I was truly so proud of him watching him crush it. Management, please give this young man a raise or a promotion! He is a massive asset to your business. We will definitely be back!

We decided to order 2 pints of ice cream for pickup at Afters. There was a sign for pickup that…read morementioned to go to the register, so my boyfriend and I waited and let the girl with false lashes and a high bun know about our pickup. She said she would check out one more person then get the order for us and we were totally fine with that and waited. She ended up letting 4 groups, a total of 11 people be helped ahead of us and made us wait over 15 minutes for an order that was already prepared and just waiting in the freezer in the back. The other girl that was working also helped cash out the people that came in after us, and as I was next in line to ask about my pickup again, she looked at me and walked to the back and didn't come out until we left!! There was only one girl with black hair that finally helped us once I was able to ask her if she could check on it. I appreciate her a lot cause this entire time they made us wait, the order was already fully packaged and waiting in a freezer in the back for 20+ minutes. Please retrain these workers. Because the girl with false lashes and high bun charged a man that came in with a group of 6 guys and only charged him for 3-4 items and the men ended up walking out with free ice cream as well. We were standing right behind them when this happened and she realized what happened and then brushed it off. Really shows you how much she cares about this job.

The broth was also okay but not my favorite. I felt that it tasted heavily of clove and star anise that it was almost sweet or heavy. I also ordered the chili oil wontons and they lacked a bit of flavor. I also wish the chili oil was a bit stronger in taste and spice. I usually use a spoon or two for pho but for this one, I used 4+ and it added no flavor.

We were greeted at the door by a lovely young gentleman who allowed us to pick our table and joked with us as he guided us to it and passed out our menus. Our waitress was an absolute love and chatted with us as she bounced from table to table. It was busy but we still felt like we were well cared for and made to feel like regular customers! The restaurant itself was very clean and had a light atmosphere. The outdoor seating area was well kept and pretty full with customers by the time we left. The young man at the register doesn't know if coffee contains diary or not, charges me, then realizes it doesn't have milk, but since he charged me - he added oat milk. My coffee tasted watered down and flavorless. We tried to go back to fix it, but the gentleman adding a cream or soft top did absolutely nothing to save the drinks. Needless to say I didn't drink it, it went straight into the trash can. The young girl working there looked high as a kite. We didn't even bother infiltrating her brain. My hope is that staff making drinks was the issue, they need better training. Sadly, I will not be coming back. I tried to support, but it's a no for me. Back to my SB & DB I go.

When I got to the front, I waited while the employee finished cleaning before she acknowledged me. I told her I had a mobile order pickup, gave her my name, and her response was simply, "Okay," before walking away without any further communication. I spent about a minute getting napkins and sauces ready, and when I came back, my food was just sitting on the counter. No one called my name, confirmed the order, or mentioned that my drinks and chocolate custard scoop were missing. I stood there waiting while the same employee continued making rounds and chatting with dine-in guests. Thankfully, another employee noticed me and asked if I needed help. I asked if the order on the counter was mine, and she confirmed it was. I then asked about my drinks and custard, and she said she'd bring them out. After grabbing a spoon and returning, the drinks and custard were sitting there with no employee in sight. I grabbed my food and left. Once I got home, my daughter asked where her juice was that was supposed to come with the kids meal. That's when I realized they forgot that too. Worst service ever if you're not dining in. The lack of communication, attention, and care with a simple mobile order was extremely frustrating. Definitely not happy with this experience and will not be coming back.
