So to make a long story short. #1 I wasn't greeted or served right away as the cashier was just wasting time at the front. #2 I had to argue for the lady at the back to put on BOTH gloves because she was using her non dominant (non gloved) hand, to touch / pack down the raspado ice. This is incorrect and against food regulations. Unless you aren't picky or worried about your health then come here and don't look at how they make your food. Have had a few other items like the Mocha, green smoothie, 2 raspados and don't personally recommend them as they aren't too good. Also just make sure to ask for there crepa not to be overcooked or cooked to long just softer because they have recently been cooking it for longer and not less time where it's really nice and not hard or too dried up. I have no idea why this place does not have more stars. I specifically go here for the esquites and bionicos, and they never disappoint. The staff is always super friendly and makes my order as soon as I order it. Nothing is pre-made, which I appreciate. The bionico is the closest thing I have found to those of Guadalajara. It's not too sweet but still very delicious. The esquites have fresh cheese on it, none of that fake parmasean powder but fresh cotija cheese. If you are looking for a kick of spicy you must get the chamango which contains chamoy sauce, lemon and pieces of fresh mango and they top it off with a tamarind stick. They have to die for crepes my favorite is Nutella with banana slices. They also have esquites which is corn in a cup that is topped with Mayo, cotija cheese, lemon and Chile. You can add all topping or add to your preference. They also have fresh juices or smoothies. The green smoothie is so refreshing and the fruit bowls are customizable from a variety of fresh fruits. Regardless of who prepares them, tostilocos are one of the most odd dishes I've ever eaten. The menu says that the ingredients include "pork skin". I immediately assumed that they would be fried. They are not. Are they raw? Boiled? I don't know. What is served is pretty much pork skin sashimi... I thought I was an adventurous eater until a huge pile of tostilocos was in front of my face. It felt like I was presented a job, and I have to admit, it was a job I couldn't complete even if I were paid my full hourly rate.
