They've got all the favorites like paletas de agua, paletas de leche, esquites, and fresh fruit prepared exactly how you want it, plus plenty of other snacks and treats. I hope you like hot Cheetos and chamoy bc you can add that to about anything. Parking can be tight but it's always available when I go. The guy who helped my boys was incredibly sweet and patient--he didn't mind at all when they wanted to sample three different flavors before making their choice. That kind of service really makes a difference, especially with kids! The only small downside is that when it gets busy, things can get a little hectic. I come here often and never had an issue, but today the ice cream portion was way smaller than usual -- the cup was basically empty. I asked if he could add more, and he said that was the portion. He insisted I talk to the manager (his mom) for a refund, even though I said I just wanted my money back. She said, "Everything's expensive now," and that they don't do refunds. I called the location & the employee said it was sugar but the consistency was lumpy and tasted sour. and they said it was okay but it wasn't it didn't taste like vanilla. Thought they only served ice cream/paletas but they had mangonadas, esquite, and other Latin snacks. 2 employees were friendly and quick with getting our ice cream. Had Oreo Molina (which ig was Cookies and Creme, Pina, and Nuez (Walnut) flavors in a sundae. Would pass on Nuez as the walnut pieces were really small and the ice cream itself was just really sweet with not quite a vanilla flavor. Pina was really refreshing and seemed like it had really pineapple flavoring. Cookies and cream was good. Also, tried Strawberry Cheesecake and it was great, pretty standard flavor you could get anywhere. Would like to come back to try other flavors. read more

I honestly wish I could give this place ZERO STARS, I went to this location to purchase their cheese hot Cheetos and 2 Esquites at approximately 3:30 PM on June 21, 2024. Once I got home my food was extremely cold and caused my elderly mother and I to have diarrhea and nausea on top of vomiting, I called the location to speak with a manager and the woman who answered the phone stated that she was the manager and she proceeded to ask me what the issue was and I explained to her that our food was extremely cold and had a very odd taste and it made us sick. This woman honestly didn't show any emotion towards this situation at all she didn't even have the decency to apologize. It honestly seems to me like she just wanted to make a sale because she didn't care about the fact that the food they served us was cold and made us severely sick. I honestly don't recommend this place to anyone the customer service was horrible, the atmosphere was horrible, and the worker are very rude and nasty. read more
