Go to Yelp and see that Wu's Auto Repair has kind & earnest words from many commenters, and I like supporting local businesses, so I give them a call to schedule an appointment. They tell me to bring it and they'll take a look. I did, and within about 45 minutes, they had it fixed up, explaining to me each step of the way exactly what they were going to do before doing it. We totally agree with many reviewers that Wu Auto Repair is the BEST auto mechanics and repair store in our 40+ years car repair experience. We can not say enough good things about how "Excellent" and the "Quality" work, their price, and their genuine attitude towards their customers at the WU Auto Repair at East Weymouth. Mass. I have already recommended them to all my friends and relatives after the 1st visit. One Lyft driver told us about their work quality couple years ago when I complained about the ridiculous quality and bad price for fixing cars in Boston. When our two cars showed a few red lights and leaking oil, we took our cars to Wu Auto Mechanics. To our surprise, Mario (and/or Wu) called us after 3 hours and has already fixed 5 problems with the surprising low cost; he also advised us not to waste money on cosmetic un-necessary items that many dealers and and other shops insisted us to do which would have cost us more than $500 dollars. He is very open about what fixes are immediate/urgent and what other things aren't as critical or time sensitive. I got a call from my son that he was in East Boston for an appointment and the muffler fell off his 2005 RAV 4 was hanging down and detached making an open header sound. 1st Plug- AAA with the 100 mi tow plan rescued him and towed the RAV-4 to Wu's. I found Wu's on Yelp and saw that it was 5 stars. I called and let them know AAA would be bringing the car there. Because of Covid-19 my son took the T and Uber to get there. When he arrived the technician just sanded the pipe and reattached it for $30 labor. I'm amazed. It's the first time in a long time that we weren't taken advantage of. I highly recommend this place. I brought my car in because it was making some weird rattling noises in the front. I originally wanted to bring my car in to Weymouth Honda but had to wait over a week for an appointment. I'm glad the Weymouth honda was booked because I called Wu Auto that morning. They were able to identify and fix my issue within 3 hours. They were friendly and informative. I needed my tire rod replaced. When I picked up my car, they showed me the part that was worn out. This place looks unassuming but they are honest and charged a very fair price - much less than other shops when I called for quotes. Do not judge the book by its cover. This definitely holds true in the case of Wu Auto Repair. Wu and Mario are one of those honest gems who are Honest and hard working . They will go to an extent to make sure the car is repaired. I recently got my Honda Civic and Audi A4 repaired from them. Even though he did not possess excellent knowledge on german cars, he read about it and made sure the car is fixed and running. Most importantly, they charged me half of what dealer was charging me and put european parts as I requested. Also, you can bring your own parts and have them installed in your car for a minimal fee. Once again, Wu auto repair to the rescue! I recently got quoted 1,900 for new brakes and pads and something else I did not quite understand at the Lexus stealership. I only went there because of a recall and that's free. I took it to Mario Wu the next week who did my brakes and that something else for 625, and had to back to me 4 hours later. He actually quoted 650 but it ended up being only 625. Mario is honest, fair and just a sweet guy all around. I always see him working on a bunch of different cars but if you have a Toyota or Lexus, do yourself a favor and take it here and save yourself 90% of what you would spend at the stealership! read more

would say this is my favorite automobile repair shops in Weymouth his prices as very honest I found out this place from a neighbor about 10 years ago . in dealing either Mr Wu or Mario I just drop my car off and tell them to fix whatever they see wrong . if you tried that at any other shop you might get a bill that will knock your socks off. after going to one dealership the wanted me to pay over one grand for all the work they said I needed done said Ill get back to yeah. went Wu's auto repair and found out It was only issue as needing some brakes worked on total cost $ 180.00 you will be doing yourself a favor by going to an actual honest repair shop. read more
