These guys are amazing. I wanted my steering wheel trimmed for more comfort when driving. I've never needed this type of service before so it was a first time experience. I ordered the leather trim from Amazon and wanted it stitched on professionally. I reached out to several businesses from LA to OC. Most upholstery businesses either couldn't do it or tried to charge me more for their own leather. These businesses also wanted to keep my car for days just to stitch the steering wheel. When I met Raul he immediately struck me as professional and an overall super nice gentleman. He and his brother couldn't have been better! I brought him my front seats to recover, he quoted $550 but could not do them immediately. I completely understood a good shop is typically busy. He said come back in 3-4 weeks, I came back 4 weeks later, but this time with the seats in the car so he could see the flow of interior, and he said he had to charge $1200! I told him I'm taking the seats out and handing them to you, and you already quoted me $550. He laughed and said it's $1200 or take it somewhere else. The scope of work didn't change only his price. Be careful doing business with a man when he doesn't stand by his written quoted word. I can't find enough good words to say about Raul's auto trim. I made a few phone calls prior to going to see Rauli. Over the phone. Rauli provided me with recommendations to address the problem that I needed fixed rather than the problem I thought needed to be fixed, a cost estimate, and an estimated timeline for repair. When I met him in person, he was charming, helpful, and ready to proceed at whatever timing seemed best for me. The final product was completed within a day - under promised, and over delivered. His recommendation to do only the bottom half of the seat was clearly the correct choice. My car looked almost new on the interior at a very reasonable cost. He had materials in stock. The work was done quickly and professionally. He even fixed the backseat dog car protector. I wish I had more problems to bring to him, but alas, I have only one 20 year old car that needed some love! I went out to my car this morning and discovered that the rear window of my Jag was starting to separate from the convertible top, along the side of the window.
