So the driver's seat in my truck has been thrashed for years. No surprise there I'd hate to have to carry me. I've had sciatica for the last month and I'm pretty sure it's from sitting on a metal bar when I drive and from driving more (#freewayflier). I took my car in to get my sagging headliner fixed. I took it in at 8AM and it was ready by 1PM. I had a question on some other parts that looked messed up inside my car and asked if it needed to be reupholstered but the person that helped me took a look and said let me show you something. He proceeded to clean my arm rest on the door as well as my center console and a part of my seat. He didn't charge me for that even though I was willing to pay. He mentioned some things are more important than money he was more concerned about having a happy customer. That left me with a good feeling about the place. I was happy with the customer service with my first time having some aesthetic service done to my car and would definitely recommend them because they seem like solid people. I recently got my 1965 Austin Healey back after a two year restoration. The only thing remaining was to install a new soft top. The restorer recommended Raul's so I went along with that. I must admit that, at first, I felt a bit silly driving about 100 miles to get the top installed when there are several good shops in my local area. In the end, I couldn't be happier! Rauly is an expert on Austin Healeys and his work is exceptional. The top has been fit perfectly with no slack or wrinkles and it was done in a manner that will please the most jaded concourse judge. I took my son's truck in to have the drivers seat rebuilt. His truck has 273,000 miles on it and the seat was a wreck. The padding was gone on the cushion and on the back, and the springs were broken and popping out of the rear of the seat. Rauly said he could work on it that day and asked his brother to drive me home. I expected that I was going to have to come back another day and leave it but he said that he would take it then and it would be ready the next day, and it was for way less money than I expected. The seat feels brand new and my son's back doesn't hurt anymore when he's driving. When Danny took me home he told me that they'd been in business since 1969 when their dad opened the shop.
