In my years, I've done business with nearly a dozen dealerships. From the basic, no-frills financing, to this all-inclusive warranted financing, I've experienced it all. Toyota of El Cajon is, without question, the best I've ever experienced, even long after the contract ink has dried. There was an issue with a less-common extended coverage that didn't go as expected. Jose, my service advisor, did everything he could to get it resolved. When he hit a wall, Laura B. got involved. Laura is what some businesses refer to as "a fixer". She relayed what she was doing and who was involved. The list was not a short one. When things were ironed out, she was able to obtain results that kept the dealership and Toyota in good standing by acting in good faith and resolved the warranted coverage to my satisfaction. I began coming here when my Mom called from out of state, looking for an honest mechanic for a car being shipped to myself as an inheritance gift. He was honest with my mom, and completed the repairs for a fair price. Other shops have attempted to extort both myself and my girlfriend for made up repairs, Claudio either fixed for a fraction, or advised that the recommended repairs were not necessary. Couldn't even align a car axel, over charged my mother for cheap ass tires (we researched the brand) Don't send your mom, gf, grandma, auntie, sister here to get any thing repaired they love over charging females. I immediately told my mother to just go to Costco auto and get things done professionally because we have a membership there. P.s. the owner is this short dude that walks and talks with an attitude when you ask him simple questions about the work. If you're cheap and don't give a damn about your car this place is for you.
