The guy who runs the shop is named Shivan and he is Kurdish and from Iraq. He spent some time telling me his story of how he was able to come to the USA. He served as a translator with the U.S. Army in Iraq and was able to emigrate here. When I brought in my 1997 Mazda Protege, Shivan immediately and correctly diagnosed the rattling sound that seemed to be coming from my trunk. I spent quite a bit of time myself trying to locate the problem but was unsuccessful. Shivan said the rear, passenger-side shock absorber needed to be replaced. I had that done and the rattling went away. Shivan also charged a very, very fair price for the part and labor. If you need work done on your vehicle, get an estimate from him. Most likely, he will be cheaper and more reasonable than a lot of other auto repair places. Be sure to tell him "Yaakov" sent you :)

However, one of my vehicles stayed at the dealership for more than two months, and they still couldn't fix the problem. It got to the point where I was seriously considering filing a Lemon Law case. And Mercedes wanted me to wait 2 hrs minimum without same day appt. I was able to do same day apt here! I came back when I had a check engine light, and they said it was just 1 of my coils, #5, and showed me the screen, which I had a feeling it was that since I accelerated really hard -- they ordered the part from mercedes to get delivered to the shop so I don't have to drive there, changed it as soon as I arrived. Less than an hr I was in and out. I love the quickness and transparency. I always hated mechanics who try to come up with multiple issues every time you go for 1 thing. But they're so honest and respectful here, they have 3 shops and doing well from speaking to the owner, they're not desperate to make money off ppl, he takes pride in being known for his honesty and that's how he has a lot of regulars. They should be called Integrity Auto with how much integrity the owner has. If you get a chance to chat with him, super nice family guy! They earned another regular now. I got the part and the owner told me after receiving the service, that I had a warranty. so I saved the receipt through email which I still have. Well today, 3 years later, I need a new catalytic converter and I remember he said I had a warranty so I called him and be accused me saying the receipt was fake. After I showed him the email, he disappeared, which I also have screenshots of. He is refusing to help me or give me warranty work for the parts. Not to mention that day on April 11th, he molested me in my car by putting his hands between my legs trying to touch my private parts, after he performed the car work and said let's go take a test drive. I pushed his hands away and he drove me back to the dealership. I was homeless at the time and he took advantage of me and I never reported that Reported him to the state today.
