Would not recommend the banana latte. First couple of sips were good but slowly got to be too much. I got the iced Carmel kiss. It was really good. Both were around $6. Perfect stop for a much needed sit and refreshment after strolling around old town . Strangely of the several coffee shops we stopped at it was the only one open I believe they had some snack options but we opted for a coffee and a tea. Both were perfect while we sat and sipped and figured out what to do next They do have restrooms but you need to get the staff to open them for you It's also in a building with a crystal shop so we could look around there while waiting for our drinks. Raven Blues offers a decent selection of coffee but what's best about this place is that it's in such a strategic location that if you need to be in Oldtown, this is a good place to situate yourself. My friend and I were in old town on a very cold day..and we were a little early for our appointment. So, we stopped by Raven Blues to grab coffee to kill our time instead. I thought the coffee was ok. There was nothing to remember about it. It was a little hard navigating and seeing what they actually sell (we weren't even sure if it was an ice cream shop, a coffee shop...or a shop vending other things from the otuside). Overall, decent coffee in a terrific location. A decent place to stop by if you need to be waiting around oldtown/catching up with a friend over coffee. read more

We stopped in to get a couple of hot drinks this weekend. I had a mocha and my husband had a hot chocolate. It took a little while to get our drinks (they may have been training a new cashier) , but they were tasty. I thought my mocha could have used another shot of espresso, though; you could tell it had more than chocolate in it, but the coffee wasn't very distinct. My husband enjoyed his hot chocolate, which had a good balance of chocolate and hot milk. Raven Blues is just across the street from the west side of the plaza, so it's convenient for Old Town visitors. read more

Something for everyone. If you are in old town, need many choices for different family members, especially those picky ones, this is your place. Maybe just a cup of coffee, sparkling soda, or refreshing tea before getting on with your shopping. We were very happy with customer service of staff, cleanliness, & set up. Visiting Old Town briefly after a long train ride. Stopped in to get some chai and my sister got a latte. Neither were good. And- it cost us over $16! I specifically asked for my chai to be extra strong. They assured me it would be. Nope. Tasted like nothing- and had bits i had to keep removing from my tongue. My sister didn't finish her pumpkin latte either- which was very gritty. Too bad that a shop in a great spot foot traffic-wise can't provide quality. Gal at the counter was nice. Poor food and service. The menu advertised handmade ice cream sandwiches, but they don't carry them (?) so we settled for an overpriced prepackaged one. Stumbled on this place while wandering around old town, and found this cute little coffee shop adjacent to the gallery. The cute little tattoo barista behind the counter was so kind and friendly. She helped me pick out a "little sparrow." And I thought it was amazing. Not many food items to choose from but I guess they also own Old Town Cafe across the plaza which is also so so good! read more

So glad we decided to stop by this place once we saw the sign that said watermelon frozen yogurt - whaaaat! Ok it's more of a sorbet but still. Cute little shop that has a variety of offerings from sandwiches to donuts to yogurt with several toppings to iced and hot beverages. The employee who helped us was very nice and told us his favorite is the watermelon frozen sorbet which basically solidified our decision. Then we saw the blue corn donut which we had to try. And it was so hot outside so we got an iced 12 oz lavendar latte. I think the prices were very reasonable given location. We didn't get any toppings for our sorbet but they had TONS available - check out the photos. It seems they have a rotating menu of yogurt options too which is nice. The watermelon sorbet was so refreshing. Perfect amount of sweetness for a sorbet. It was that fake watermelon flavor which is what I was expecting so we thought it was great. The latte was the best part because it wasn't a glass full of ice with a tiny amount of milk like you get in several coffee shops these days. The entire 12 oz was basically the latte and it had the perfect amount of small ice pieces at the top! The beverage didn't get watery at all because of this, which I really appreciate personally. The blue corn lavendar donut was great too. It certainly wasn't overly sweet and if you didn't eat any of the icing then for some it might not be sweet enough (or at all) though for me it was absolute perfection, but I had never tasted anything like this before and thus very much enjoyed it. The texture not surprisingly is like cornbread, with a hint of lavendar taste with icing. Delicious and quite filling given size. There is also outdoor seating available right there, which is perfect. Overall super cute coffee and yogurt shop with so many offerings! Would recommend stopping by if you're in the area! If we stop by I'll definitely be trying another flavor yogurt and also their sparkling sodas (can't say no to prickly pear and lavendar options which they have, along with a few others)! read more

My wife and I are new shop owners in Old Town, Albuquerque, so we're trying out the various eateries here to find a place where we can go for lunch that is reliably quick, friendly and gets our order right the first time. In other words, a place where we can go frequently to spend our lunch dollars. As in... lots of repeat business. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to Raven Blues unless we're in the mood to wait a half hour for a sandwich at 2:30 in the afternoon when it should be fair to assume the ""lunch rush" has subsided. After 15 minutes, I was told they were working on my order, so I decided to stand and wait. Ten minutes later I was told I could sit down and wait. Hmmm... when I'm told they're working on my order, I assume it will be done in the next few minutes. Apparently, that's not what it means. As I waited, I noticed that the two or three parties who came in after us had already gotten their orders and left. Anyway, we finally got our order and returned to our shop and my wife's sandwich, on which we'd requested extra green chile, had no green chile at all. So we had to go back and get a container of green chile while our sandwiches got cold. As a business owner, my suggestion to Raven Blues' owner would be to vastly improve service before someone leases the two large and vacant restaurants across the street -- formally two decent Mexican/New Mexican restaurants that went out of business during the pandemic. When they come back and people have more options, you'll need to up your game. read more

I got 2 lemonade for my kids &2 coffee for us and they charged me $26 which is a lot,however I said ok because it's touristic spot but then now I m checking my bank and shows $28.99, this is ridiculous. What a shame,Not honest business. We won't come again. read more

I could have gotten a better lunch from the gas station. Sandwich was pitiful, smoothie was from concentrate. Our plant based soda was toxic green and tasted like flavored sugar water. Our coffee drink tasted like a canned coffee from a gas station The service was subpar with high school kids who didn't have any idea what was going on. Never will come back.
