    Iced oatmilk lavender latte

CUTBOW!!!! Makes top three on my list of coffee in ABQ. Certainly one of the best in town. All local, they use the lavender syrup from Los poblanos, pastries are from local bakers in town. And of course their coffee is amazing. The pastries are different everyday (from Ihatov, Los Ranchos bakery, and a few others). The ice oatmilk lavender latte is so creamy and honestly the perfect latte. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. The decor and ambiance is great. Perfect little coffee spot.

If you're looking for the best coffee spot in Albuquerque, look no further - Cutbow is your place! From the moment you walk in, you know you haven't stepped into just another coffee shop. The vibe is cool, the roasting equipment is state-of-the-art, and the atmosphere makes you want to stick around and drink coffee all day. Throw in the fact that the owner, world-renowned master roaster Paul, is a salt-of-the-earth human who takes the time to know his customers - whether he's talking you through the coffee process or just getting to know your story. Great guy! He's also built a great team who deliver the best service and make you feel at home. I always look forward to the next trip to Cutbow!

Highlights: The interior was pretty. The piñón coffee actually tasted like piñon while maintaining the coffee flavor-- not just some sugary syrup haha so I liked that. They had a variety of coffee beans available to smell the different flavor profiles, which was fun and educational. Lowlights: Line was a bit long and the pastries were just ok I think. If you're a big coffee connoisseur then you will like this place because it emphasizes artisanal coffee and "Roastology"

A quaint place for some good coffee. This little shop is a popular spot for high quality brews. I ordered a slightly sweetened latte with alternative milk. My spouse ordered a cup of brew as well. Overall, a cute spot. We were thrown off because we expected there to be pastry or food options to pair with our drinks. Next time, we won't be heading here without eating first.

Cute local owned coffee shop! What a fun spot to go and enjoy a cup of coffee and some goodies. Nicely decorated inside, screams "pride of ownership." I see why this place is so popular and busy! Lots of great coffee bean options. I had a "cortado" and enjoyed the drink. Got a cream filled donut to go with it and it was a match made in heaven! Definitely a spot to return again!

    Lovely atmosphere.

Good parking, cute vibes. I ordered my usual cappuccino w/cinnamon. It was strong, bitter, and tasted burnt. I couldn't even finish it even with the foam and cinnamon stirred in. I returned it and informed the staff. I also ordered the ham and cheese croissant, it wasn't warmed and also had a blackened top layer. Staff were very polite, even so, I won't be back.

Any place with coffee iced cubes is the place for me and the fact that Cutbow has them and not only that, but their iced coffee was still under $3 in 2024 earns them 1,0000000 stars in my book. Oh wait, that's not all - their coffee is AMAZING. So smooth and expertly brewed; you can tell they have their craft down. So glad I stopped in--only had an iced coffee, but loved the interior and "fishing" vibe of this Albuquerque roastery. Next time I go, I hope to try more of their offerings, but for now--if you're passing through or a local, don't miss out on trying Cutbow!

I stopped by Cutbow for a work meeting, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. The space has a laid-back and relaxing vibe, making it ideal for meetings, working, or simply catching up with a friend. It's cozy and beautifully decorated, with plenty of plants that add to the welcoming atmosphere. The service was great--well-organized and efficient. I ordered a mocha, and it definitely hit the spot. If I find myself back in Albuquerque, I'd gladly return to Cutbow.

Delicious coffee and a great atmosphere. We ordered beans and they had fresh roasted them that day! Very friendly staff who talked us through the different kinds. Well priced and awesome location.

New favorite coffee shop in ABQ. I was born and raised here and have never been a fan of the local "favorite" coffee brand *iykyk*. Cutbow has delicious and flavorful coffee, the shop is so cute, and the staff is always so kind. My first time in was balloon fiesta week and even being busy, the coffee came quickly. The gentlemen who owns the shop is always there working and he's very kind. I have visited each trip to ABQ since. This last visit to town I even purchased the lavender syrup they sell from Poblanos, it's so tasty! I recommend Cutbow to anyone who asks about a good spot for coffee in ABQ.

Good coffee. Too late for any snacks, but will definitely have to go back sometime, my companion loved her matcha late.

I absolutely love this place. I've been here a handful of times now, and every visit has been a…read moregood one. The kids are happy, I'm happy, and honestly, that's a successful breakfast in my book. The only downside is the limited seating. It's a smaller location, so it can fill up quickly, especially during the breakfast rush. If you happen to come during a really busy time, you may have to wait a bit to find a table. That said, I don't think it takes away from the experience you just have to time it right. We usually come for breakfast since they're open for breakfast and lunch, and this time I tried the Grande burrito. And let me tell you, "Grande" is not an exaggeration. That is a LOT of food. I got the bacon-smothered burrito with red chile, and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I could not finish it. I do wish there was something between the Grande and Junior because the Grande is a serious commitment, and I'm not sure the Junior would be enough. I'll have to try it next time and find out. My daughter ordered the steak sandwich, which comes with an Angus sirloin steak on Texas toast. It looked a little wild when it came out, but she ate it and said it was delicious, so apparently the presentation was just part of the experience. My son got the sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. He ate the whole thing, so clearly he approved. His only complaint was that the biscuit kept falling apart, but considering he's a little kid, I'm going to blame that one on the user rather than the biscuit. The staff has always been friendly during our visits. On this particular morning, a gentleman came around several times to refill our house coffee, which I always appreciate. Good service and a full coffee cup go a long way. And if you're into pastries and coffee, they have plenty of options. I've tried their blueberry muffin, and it is divine. They also have different baked scones, and I've had their lattes and macchiatos, which have all been really good. I still need to come back during the lunch hours because there are several things I want to try. The hot beef sundae caught my attention, and the Philly also looked really good. There are so many different options that I feel like I could keep coming back and ordering something different every time. This is definitely the kind of place where you can stop in, grab something really good, enjoy a little coffee, and get on with your morning. It's casual, welcoming, and consistently good. Limited seating is really my only complaint. Otherwise, I've been here multiple times and have yet to leave disappointed. Definitely a must-try!

This is a go to for my partner and I, usually the owner is the one taking our order so you know…read morethey're very hands on and local! It does get very busy so prepare to find a table once you order. The food is always amazing! It has a diner setting but home cooked charm. Some highlights would be the biscuits and gravy, breakfast burrito (smothered), huevos rancheros, and their pancakes! Anything you pick, you can't go wrong. If parking fills up, they have an additional lot just east of the property! Albuquerque hospitality mixed with old town charm, stop in, get fed, and support local!
