We revisited for our breakfast meal and it was so worth getting up at 6:00 am. The view is spectacular. My omelet was made to order so I called it a corrupted veggie and my spouse two eggs, sausage and a muffin. The coffee was very fresh as was the sunshine even while outside was 20 degrees we were warm and toasty. Tyler was a delight, pleasant and full of smiles. When visiting family here in town I just really wanted to have a cigar and relax for a little bit. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I loved this place. The manager Rick welcomed me right away. I went into the spacious humidor, and they had a great selection of all different brands of cigars. I picked out a couple sticks that I knew that I would like and decided to stay there and have one. The prices were very reasonable. I sat down on one of their several comfy leather chairs abd decided to enjoy my Arturo Fuente. The other guys in there were welcoming and eager to join me in conversation. Other than being in Lynchburg spending time with family this was one of the highlights of my trip. The GM Sean needs a lesson on how to run a kitchen without letting employees bully and yell at…read moreother employees. You can hear them yelling all the way out in the dinning room. You go to Sean to report someone working beside you and asking you if you can read in a smart butt way, and yelling at you and you dont get help. Personally if you dont take care of your employees when they have a problem with another employee, you should in no way be a GM! This needs to be addressed with Sean Immediately. Chili's already has a very reputation in Lynchburg for their raw and rare food being sent back, with the GM being this way its going to lose even more business. This is also being reported to HR. This is not the only person this has happened to. Also the health department would love to know of unpasturised Eggs bought from home being put in their cooler and cooked in their kitchen. Open containers and non dated left over food in the cooler. HR will be informed of ALL this! Now, does a person being fired , no fault of their own sound fair to you? Would you work with someone yelling at you and your GM do nothing about it. Rush or not you stop and take care of your employees when they are crying and come to you!
