Cheap hole in the wall dive bar that offers a free buffet for certain events you can't beat it.

Older lady with puffy hair and sometimes wears glasses, slightly taller than the other nice lady. She was the meanest service worker I've ever encounter, hates her job and her customers. As I walked up I was met with an automatic attitude when I asked about one of their beers, and slapped a menu in front of me acting if I have never read before pointing her finger at the menu. As I was talking she immediately cut me off and did not care about what I was asking. She then begins to talk to the customer behind me, an older gentlemen, what he wanted to order as I was talking to her. I don't know if she thought I was too young and didn't know what I was looking at, or she just does not like people under the age of 50 but it was a bizarre experience. She acted as if answering one simple question about her own product would've killed her. True tragedy for a genuinely nice place, not a good look for two rivers when she's the one "greeting" people. I would NOT recommend this location specially due to her bad personality and extreme rudeness. She just needs some training on how to interact with other people.

They acknowledged that we were celebrating both our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday, which made the night even more memorable. Anthony, our waiter, was outstanding. His service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm without ever feeling rushed. He checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and helped make the entire experience feel effortless and special. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were some of the best we've had. The appetizers--the crab cake and the crab cocktail--were both outstanding and absolutely delicious. They also seated us at a great table with a beautiful view, which made the celebration even more enjoyable. To top off the evening, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our celebration. The carrot cake was amazing and honestly large enough to feed four people! It was truly a memorable night with exceptional food, service, and hospitality. We're already looking forward to coming back to Top Cut.

I was told that balloons are not permitted in the restaurant at all. I certainly understand that an upscale restaurant wants to maintain a particular atmosphere, and I wasn't looking to bring in elaborate decorations, confetti, or anything disruptive--just a few tasteful birthday balloons. For a restaurant at this price point, and one where people naturally go to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions, I found the policy surprisingly restrictive and not particularly welcoming. Part of choosing an expensive restaurant for a birthday is wanting the evening to feel special. I appreciate that every restaurant can establish its own policies, but this one was disappointing enough that it made me reconsider whether Top Cut was the right place for our celebration.
