My wife and I hop down here to Crossroads for a cheesesteak and a beer. This tavern has been here for a long time. The bar area is very busy. The dining area is a nice place to have a meal. Considerably more quiet than the bar area. TV's in the bar area. Menu provides a number of bar food items to eat. We like their cheesesteaks and fries. Plenty of parking but it can get very crowded 4-9. Cash or Credit. Friendly service. Reasonably priced $$. read more

My wife and I had an early meal at Crossroads Tavern. Parking lot was almost full. I had a cheeseburger and my wife had a cheesesteak. We had a bowl of homemade loaded potato soup. Wow! It was delicious. The food was good bar food. There was a Happy Hour. Mugs of beer are $2 during Happy Hour instead a their normal 12oz draft. There is a dining room area which is far more quiet than the bar area. The service was spot on. The waitress was attentive. Dinner was fine. Enjoy! read more

We stopped at Crossroads Tavern for drinks and to hear live music. The bar restaurant was decorated nicely and had an old rustic feel. My drink was very good, bartenders were busy but we were waited on immediately. We didn't order food but the food that was being served to other customers looked amazing. We plan on going back soon for a meal. read more

From start to finish , this place is terrible. I usually don't even write reviews(good or bad), but this place was awful. We came in for lunch and the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with an eye roll and a scowl from the bartender who was also our server. Food was barely average... but service was terrible. Our server was horrible. Rude, and cold, as if we were bothering her by being there. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or that was just her normal demeanor. After our meal, I went in to use the ladies room which was filthy! There was blood on the toilet seat and trash over flowing. We definitely will not be back! read more

I'm always looking for local places to try and being a craft beer fan this seemed like a perfect match. It was a quick drive from where we live and it does have its own parking lot though a bit limited. We were on the earlier side of the dinner hour so it worked out nicely. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout our experience. We quickly decided on our beer choices and they did not disappoint. The triple hazy IPA was incredibly fruity and refreshing. The lager reminded me a bit of an Italian beer (Peroni) which is probably why it's called Bada Bing! We ordered our entrees which came out pretty quickly. I had the French dip sandwich that came with fries. Ohhh, wait. Best fries I have had anywhere around. Worth the trip alone. Fresh cut double fried golden brown deliciousness with kosher salt sprinkled on top. But it gets better. They make their own dipping sauce which is some top secret delight. The sandwich was really good with provolone cheese and a sizable amount of roast beef. The au jus had great flavor and pretty much ensured there would be no leftovers. The Mrs. had the buttermilk chicken sandwich which look quite nice as well. Again, no leftovers and the fries were the winner. I tried a couple other beers and they are available in 32oz cans for takeout. Cool place that doing a great job. read more

I went into the establishment while | was there I used the bathroom. the toilet clogged and they called the cops on me so be prepared to have the cops called on you if you use the bathroom (there was no plunger) and toilet water pressure is terrible not my fault‍ read more

I just want to thank Mike and the staff at Crossroads Tavern. With such graciousness, Crossroads allowed us to hold a painting party in the dining room. The staff was amazing in setting up our tables and coming around to take orders from our group. The food (as always) was excellent! Mike was his very professional and gracious self by coming around to check out the groups amazing artwork and making sure we were comfortable and being taken care of. Such a welcoming, cozy little spot with something always going on. Ample TV's with a variety of things to watch. The atmosphere is perfect - not too loud yet welcoming. First time back in many years. Met a few friends in the bar area for dinner and drinks. Our table of 4 was waited on promptly by our server (Patricia). The place was pretty busy (Saturday night) and the Phillies came on the TVs later while we were there for a playoff game. Our server was very attentive and cheery at every encounter. I had a Crossroads Cheesesteak and it exceeded my expectations. Very tasty and a good-sized sandwich. I would definitely get it again. Reasonably priced menu and draft beers. Service: The first few minutes I was there, I was almost in tears. I followed a (white) couple inside to ask for a table. Two employees spoke and helped them out with seating arrangements right away. When I (black) was next in line, no one acknowledged me. The girl went to the bar and the other guy standing there literally walked away. I stood waiting to be acknowledge for a good three minutes. I go out to my family and say, "Do I need to walk back in to see if they'll actually help me this time?" My mom (white) decided she would go inside instead. Within a matter of 30 seconds, my mom got us a table. I was told that this happens a lot. Service: Many of the waiters told us that it was there first time back in 5 months and you could tell. Drinks were being forgotten or placed at the wrong table. However, they were very hardworking, patient and kind. Food/Drinks: Mozzarella Moons are always my favorite, and the cider they had on tap was amazing. Wish I knew what it was called! Music: The live band, Motown Philly played. This place has a serious customer service issue..which seems to be a common theme with the reviews on this app. We had come in with a large party, and they were understaffed (not my problem, but I can absolutely sympathize). The lead waitress (can't remember her name) was so disrespectful I was almost in tears, people that were with me who had never been to crossroads were appalled. I went up to her a second time to say I hope we aren't overwhelming you and she was so nasty. Listen, If you can't handle a big crowd of paying customers then maybe you should rethink your career as a waitress. I will never go back and I am spreading the word to all to not go there. It's a shame because I did love this place and the bartenders were very nice and don't deserve to be working with a nasty person! read more

Had my daughters baby shower at Crossroads Tavern. I would highly recommend booking your special event with them. They have a private room that was the perfect size and held 30+ comfortably. We sat down with the chef weeks prior and worked out the menu and he was very accommodating and came within my budget for our Sunday brunch. They even added mimosa's to the menu for me. We were allowed in early to decorate and the party started right on time. The food was delicious and everyone had a wonderful time. Special shout out to Sydney, she was awesome and very attentive the entire time. You just don't see this kind of Customer Service anymore. Don't hesitate to book your private event with them.
