I tried a couple different places, and honestly, this was by far the best! The staff was extremely friendly and everyone made me feel welcomed. The workouts are definitely intense, but the trainers are always there to help you. Even though the classes can get packed, ALL the trainers do an amazing job at making sure they give you individual attention and help you constantly with your form. I ended up joining and have been super happy with my decision. I cannot say enough, how amazing the staff is ! Super huge thanks to Jethro for helping me feel welcomed and signing me up !

I've been enjoying Spinning lately, and this is definitely one of my most favorite places to get my sweat on! Upon walking in, you'll notice that this isn't like your average, bigger "chain" spin studio. This place is a boutique-like, small place with an intimate feeling. They have a "lounge" type of area with seating, coffee, and you can even purchase pre-made food from their huge cooler. The bikes here allow you the option to either clip into the peddles with your spins shoes, or to strap in to the peddles with your regular sneakers. They do not have shoes for you to use, so make sure you wear good shoes if you do not have spin shoes. They do provide a towel if you don't bring your own! The spin room itself has about 25-30 bikes. They are Schwin bikes with above average comfortability for your butt! This is very important! Haha I must say, if you're looking for an awesome ass-whoopin' ... BROOKE is your girl! This woman is amazing. Her class is exciting, fun, high-paced, high energy, and just everything you want in a spin class! She pushes you so hard, but makes it clear to make the ride "your own" and do the best that YOU can. She's uplifting and empowering and I really look forward to spinning in her class! The owners, Erin and Dre are also super sweet. They truly care about their clients, and always make sure to ask how my class was. Five stars isn't enough for BFT Fort Lauderdale!…read more I've been a member at BFT Fort Lauderdale for three years and it has genuinely the best gym I have been a member of. The format is essentially group personal training. The trainers are actively coaching you one-on-one during every session, correcting your form, pushing you, and celebrating every milestone along the way, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional personal training. The coaching staff is truly top notch, knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely invested in your progress. You feel that every single time you walk through the door. The community here is amazing. Members and trainers go out of their way to make you feel welcome, encourage you, and celebrate your successes. There are regular social gatherings, pickleball events, and activities outside the gym that keep things fun well beyond the workouts. If you're new to South Florida and looking for a way to meet great people, BFT is the place. Three years in and I still look forward to every session. That says it all.

It's clean, modern, and they have tons of equipment. they also offer eucalyptus towels at the end of each class. It's a small but nice touch that really takes them to another level and separates them from other studios. The coaches and owner also make the classes really engaging and fun. I usually struggle to push myself to get a work out in but the crowd here (mostly women!) are so supportive and fun that it doesn't feel like a chore and the hour flies by. I would highly recommend this gym and the workouts can be modified for all fitness levels.

Dwight and Melinda met me here on a Thursday morning to do an 'evaluation' and I loved the vibe of the place. They have more machines than any gym, it is small enough to not be overwhelming, but big enough for many people to train at once. I went today for a work out with Melinda and will be setting up our appointments this week to get on the ball. I plan on signing up for 3 months up front to give it that commitment. Melinda listens to you, asks questions regarding over all health, and does enough to bring you out of your comfort zone, but not too much that I do not feel comfortable. I am excited to start this journey and will post an update once I have longevity here.
