Questionable Quality - Will likely not return Services received? It was a shit show. I ordered a set of tires online and went through the process, which was as close to problematic as possible with so much wrong with my experience that I felt as if Ashton Kutcher was going to appear with a camera crew, and tell me I'm being "Punk'd". I was called and an appointment was set for me to have the tires installed, however unbeknownst to me the tires I had ordered weren't being installed, but some cheaper bargain bin(yet still new) tires instead of the ones I ordered. I only discovered this after I decided to walk to the shop and check on the installation. After I found this mistake, they profusely apologized, and mounted my old tires and told me to return in a few days, with my tires arriving after lunch time. I get home from work and got ready to go to the tire shop, only for them to call me saying that the "appointment" which I quote because there was never an appointment set for me to come, was to be rescheduled to just before close of business at 6. I get there to get started when the installer takes my key and I start filling out paperwork. Once that's done, I check to see that indeed the correct tires were put on, and when he is done, pulls my car to the front, parks it, and LEAVES IT OPEN. I was given a bottle of tire shine, detailer, a voucher for an alignment(but not my key) only for the installer to come in and say to "Just drive it for a while and the light will go and you'll be fine". Still don't have my key, and me thinking that it was in the vehicle, I go to start it(Push to Start System) and find it won't start. I go back and ask for my key, and then some small panic crosses the face of the installer and the shop staff until they find it on a desk in the office. I left afterwards, thoroughly disappointed. In summary, the convenience and express need for a set of tires is the only thing that kept me from going elsewhere. Staff were very disjointed and borderline uncoordinated. I was scheduled to install a set of tires they did not have in stock, my vehicle was handled by someone who may have been under the influence(though I can't say for certain if I am honest), and had my key go missing with my vehicle left unsecured. Will never likely return to this location again, BUYERS BEWARE. read more

I came in at about 11 on a Saturday and I believe I was greeted by the manager. They had great selections just none that I wanted to buy. The customer representative was very accommodating as we tried to find the perfect match and we just couldn't come to a good decision for what I wanted Based off of how they treated me alone, if definitely come back. He wasn't pushy or assertive. He also didn't make me feel like crap for not choosing something that HE would like instead of something I wanted.
