Dishonest and Unprofessional Service - Tried to Scam Me Out of $220 I recently took my Tesla to this tire shop to have a rim repaired, and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff was pushy and dishonest, insisting that I needed to purchase a new tire even though it was completely unnecessary. I made it clear that I only needed the rim fixed, but they kept pressuring me, trying to take advantage of my situation. It's clear that their priority is making a quick buck rather than providing honest and reliable service. I felt disrespected and manipulated throughout the entire interaction. If you value transparency and integrity, I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop. There are plenty of other places that will treat you fairly and honestly. Lazy tire repair, plugs instead of patching unless asked I got a screw in one of my tires and tried taking it to Costco down the street to get it patched properly. Apparently Costco has a policy where they do not patch Pirelli's and suggested this shop down the street. I then proceeded to go there where they jacked up the car, took the wheel off and quoted me $20 to repair. I asked if they were just plugging it or if they were going to do a proper patch (by removing the tire off the wheel and applying a rubber patch. The tech came back confirmed that they were just plugging it instead of properly patching it... the tech then told me that if I wanted it patched, I needed to tell him ahead of time. If this was done for free as a goodwill gesture, then this review would have been unnecessary and the tire plug would not be an issue. Charging money for an inferior product/taking advantage of someone who doesn't know better is not cool. For that reason alone, I will be avoiding this place and suggesting to my friends/family to do so as well for tire repairs. Extremely disappointed, I went to this place to rotate my tires and while removing the lug nut they damage the wheel studs. They told me they could fix it for $80 but they did not have the tool to fix it. So now I have to pull out between $200-$300 to have it fix. Horrible experience! read more

Alls ya gotta go is go around the corner to park the car and you can sit in the shade outside while they work on your car. Don't get offended that they may be too busy to greet you initially, they're busy working on the other cars but they will find you and help you look around. They have an awesome selection and the managers care to help you and not waste your time. If they don't have something they're gonna order it and it doesn't take that long to get and install.
