This is my own personal experience so don't let my review falter you from reaching out. I reached…read moreout for a dented rim repair as shown in my photos. The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

Fortunately the tire shop knows Raffi, and obliged. Before I made the final decision, I contacted BMW and they also recommended Wheel Cosmo to fix my rim. This gave me 100% confidence that my wheel would be fixed properly. Raffi & his team CNC machine rims to fix them, and then balance & mount them so the tire wear is as even as possible. This was a big concern of mine because, to my understanding, the mobile wheel repair services do NOT do this. My rim came out looking brand new & I couldn't be happier with the results! I have some rims on my '03 530i that I'll be bringing by soon to get resurfaced.

The owner's father has always treated us with honesty and care -- he never took advantage of our lack of knowledge and even went out of his way to check my brakes when I first started driving. Because of that trust, I've continued to drive 45 minutes just to support this shop, even after the father stepped back from working full-time. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. I came in needing two tires and spoke with a worker named Adrian. When I asked for the price, he said two used tires would be $120 and new ones $155. He never specified that the $155 was per tire, which any reasonable customer would expect to be the total price for both based on how it was presented. Later, when I found out it was actually $155 each, I felt misled -- that should've been clearly stated upfront. When I said I couldn't afford the new set, they still tried to charge me even though the misunderstanding was on their end. Things took a turn when I told them they could call the police if they intended to hold me there over the misunderstanding. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, Adrian responded by calling me "stupid" as I was leaving -- simply because I questioned the unclear pricing. If there was a language barrier or miscommunication, I would have gladly spoken in Spanish -- I understand both languages. But to handle a customer this way, especially one who has supported this business for years, is deeply disappointing. I can't imagine the father who built this shop ever treating customers like that. These were not expensive, top-tier tires; they were Kumho tires, a more budget-friendly brand Talking about a customer in Spanish right in front of them, when they clearly understand Spanish, is disrespectful I'm sharing this experience so others are aware, and I'll be reposting this review across other platforms to ensure my story is heard. Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Jonathan showed up promptly and got work immediately on my rim. His work and skills are impeccable. It only took him roughly about 20-25 minutes to leave my wheel looking "Good as new" for less than the cost of a new wheel. I definitely recommend Dr Wheel for your curb/parking mishaps. I requested a quote through Yelp and my request was sent to multiple auto shops. I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

They took good care of us and knew exactly which rims would look best on my truck, but were more than happy to put a few options on my truck so I could be sure to pick the ones I really liked the best. Phenomenal experience with this team. Story is I just bought a truck and have been to firestone and got a full inspection and they could not identify the shake in my vehicle. I put 100 miles in the truck got the blessing of ending up at VSJ tired of the rumble of my truck. They showed me that one of my wheel was actually bent and althrough it is a sour situation. the team here is so nice and welcoming, they offered us seating and water. abraham helped with our car and fixed the alignment as well as lowering our aftermarket coils more. everything was smooth and it only took an hour and a half, which was super efficient. he even made sure everything was driving smooth before we paid, he went above and beyond for us. we paid under $200 for this service, which was well worth it. 10/10 will come again read more

I found this place when I had a bent rim and needed one asap. I came here and the staff was very helpful and gave me such a good affordable price, and right as I pulled in they took care of it for me right away. I also took my mom here for a full set of tires and again they were on it right away and offered us a great price for those as well. Salesman Steve indicated that my TPMS sensors (8 yrs. old) need to be replaced at $45 each (including the full size spare). I said I'll order new ones myself, and Scott quoted me $140 for installation and balance of 5 tires, 5 new TPMS sensors (ordered my own), and relearn the new sensors which was acceptable. 2nd visit: Tucker installed the 4 road tires and TPMS but wouldn't install the new TPMS on the OEM (20 yrs. old) barely used (tire covered) spare with nearly full treads due to liability concerns. They quoted me $143 on a new off brand tire but I decided to order my own tire. 3rd visit: new Spare tire and TPMS installed and Jeff (?) told me sensors all set to go. I started my vehicle and the TPMS warning light was still on. I informed the worker at the cashier's counter and he immediately went to reset/relearn all 5 new TPMS (2 attempts but he completed it). Each visit was 1-2 hrs. wait which didn't bother me because I have days off but what's disturbing was the lack of honoring upfront price quotes, inability to inform the need to replace functional, old spare, attempts to sell overpriced new TPMS sensors and spare tire, and deliberate attempt to skip resetting/relearning the new sensors and assuring me they were all set. BEWARE: get written price quotes up front, keep your invoice, and make sure the TPMS warning light is off before leaving!

Today, I took my car to another mechanic who showed me that instead of replacing a broken bolt on the brake caliper bracket, they "Mickey Moused" a repair to make it work rather than informing me it had broken and fixing it properly. This is extremely dangerous and could have caused my brakes to fail. I'm incredibly thankful I didn't end up in an accident because of their negligence. Customer safety should always come first, and it's unacceptable to cut corners on something as critical as a braking system. If this is how repairs are handled, I can't recommend trusting them with your vehicle. Please think twice before bringing your car here.
