I had such a great experience with Tim and all the staff at Rent A Wheel today! This crew by far exceeded what I had hoped for in terms of a well stocked inventory, great customer relations, cost efficient and a friendly atmosphere! I'm a very happy customer being that they had my tire size and for a great price. I must say, they all worked together bringing their "A-game" team effort to get me in and out quickly! Also I'd like to mention the fact that I personally witnessed a very kind selfless act from one of their employees today. I ask if they had a coke machine and a young lady replied "No but I have a drink in the fridge that's nice and cold I brought from home, let me go grab it for you." I certainly appreciate being treated like a valued customer! The feeling of true hospitality in a busy business environment is rare, however these are the vibes I got from Rent A Wheel today. When I came into the store, I was not sure what to expect. Initially, it seemed like there was no one there. Then I realized that someone was in the back of the store. A really nice woman came around and offered to help me out with my purchase. She made the entire process go really smoothly. I was surprised at how easy she made it. So many times, I have felt under a lot of pressure by sales people. It turns out she was not even a sales person. She was in charge of the paperwork part of the business. Maybe, that is why I felt so comfortable with my visit. She even gave me a great deal! Anyway, I do not usually write about things like this. Kathy seemed very knowledgeable as an employee and helped explain the process to me. From a business point of view, I love that they help everyone stick to their timelines and payments. Bad reviews are basically ranting customers that got their wheels taken away. A certain amount of lee-way can be given, but everything in this world is not free. Just because someone may drop out of school doesn't mean they don't have to pay their school bill anymore, for example. I applaud this company for its professionalism and for staying on top of their customers. The employees need to make a living somehow. read more

I have had to switch rims after a car repair and they did not hesitate to find me the perfect set. The car that I had with the rims &' tires got repossessed with it still on there. They tried to put a warrant out for my arrest for theft . How did I possible steal it. Plus I TOLD them to go get their rims and tires from the car dealership. They said okay , That they were going . But never did so now the car got auctioned off !
