Anytime I had the slightest issue with my tires, the team at Discount Tire always took care of it at no cost to me. Such as replacing a tire, fixing rust around a rim that was allowing air to leak, etc. And the quick and easy air check is an appreciated amenity!

The reason for the "cool down period" was because this was one of the most stressful times of my life and I had to separate emotion from reasoning when making my assessment. The truth is, after speaking with others who have gone through the same problems with their cars especially those that have gone to some other tire/alignment shops to get their cars worked on, I found that my experience was normal and even on the less stressful side of the coin because of this particular shop. One thing that separates this TIRE SHOP (BIG L TIRES (DAYTONA BEACH) and their staff from others was the preparation they put in for all of the problems on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade "IF ANY" that came up at the end. They always had a plan B and kept me posted just in case we should go a different route. I must say, they had this thing in LOCKED from every angle. This could have been a much more stressful experience, but they separated themselves from the rest right away. The service representative (Victor), and the service manager (Victor) LOL, / they both had excellent customer service skills and practically called me every time there was another issue with my truck to update me and give me options and the things I needed to know about the work they were doing. They told me they would be available to answer any questions or address any concerns at ANY time, and I tested those hours frequently just to make sure they were on the ball. These guys at BIG L TIRES DAYTONA BEACH never got impatient with me and babied me through the process, despite my lack of understanding most of the time. When I couldn't get the manager on the phone immediately, one of his staff members or even the service manager (Victor) always stepped up and fielded the call to assist me. The Alignment technicians worked incessantly to make sure they met their deadline to get me back on the road and back to Jacksonville. I wanted to review this shop honestly and fairly and not base my assessment on the level of stress during my vehicle out of commission time. The truth is it is supposed to be stressful to an extent. Bottom line----If you want a TIRE OR ALINGMENT SHOP that will go to war for you in order to help you get your vehicle back on the road and that knows how to treat you like an individual and not a prospective paycheck, plus reasonable prices, this is the shop for you. Well after I pressed him a little more since having a tire issue on the road would be much more of a problem than buying a new set of tires pre-maturely. Knowing my Jeep probably better than I do and also knowing what I like and my level of expectation he started calling around to see what was immediately available being my travel plans were only a day away. After providing me with a few options he inform me that Tire Outlet had some Yokohama Tires in stock and although it was nearly 3:00 PM they could swap the tires and balance them before they closed the same day. This shop goes above and beyond, they emailed a photo of the tires and quoted the tires and work out the door with a promise of no surprises. This entire process went down over the phone and was executed flawlessly. After doing a walk around I took them for a test drive and found these Yokohama Geolandar X-AT 295/70R17 to be the perfect solution, they look great and just aggressive enough that I am confident they'll perform how I need them to - after dragging the Jeep to the Keys I know I made a good decision. Well, I was already impressed with the parking layout because they were so roomy compared to the tight spaces we have at my local Costco. They also had plenty of shopping carts, as if no one was there to shop - and we came on a weekend! Anyway, it wasn't busy like the ones in SoCal so it was nice perusing the aisles. My coworker was looking to get a longsleeve for the office and she found something cute - in pink - for a decent price. I, too, found something cute shirts to bring back to my two nieces who were starting middle school. And, I even found some Lindt Chocolates for under $7!!! Those normally go for $19.99 a bag. I picked up one bag to share with my local team and everyone loved it! I came back on a second trip to buy two more bags to bring home. I mean, why not? I'd buy more if I had more room in my luggage. Haha Anyway, the food court had the same items as our local Costco. I tried the new chicken tenders but they were just regular chicken tenders. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad - just regular chicken tenders. The workers were really quick and efficient. Overall, really spacious Costco that's well-organized with spacious parking spaces - and maybe even a good deal or two!
