I went there today only to look around and get an idea of the type of shoes (wheels) I wanted for my pony. I had no intentions on making a purchase, but David (didn't get his last name but believe he is the manager) approached me. He understood my budget and even helped me convince my husband by getting me an "out of this world deal" and even text him pictures of the wheels from his cell cause mine was acting bananas. I came in to get a TPMS sensor checked (TPMS light was on) and Miguel O. Came out to look at the car. After showing me how worn my tires were, and explaining to me why my tires would wear out the way the did (very unsafe to drive around, could've practically have a blow out at any time), he went and starting showing me the different tires for my car, and which application is best suited on my driving needs, he worked to get me the best price, and worked with my budget. Just went in for an ideal of shoes I wanted to put on my 2013 F150 (Kody). Had no plan of purchasing but was very interested. I was tired of looking on line at wheel after wheel. Once I looked around I found exactly what I wanted on Kody. I didn't want anything with chrome. So I chose a black pair of 24"with machine silver accents. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Great customer service. The entire process was 2 hours if that. I initially inquired online and got approved. Edwin was nice enough to follow up with me and called to schedule an appointment since I had forgot about my approval due to work kids etc. They offer great rewards with their products and I highly recommend them!
