I said no to free tires, and that I simply wanted the warranty honored, and that's what we did. I was not pleased with the quality of the tire installation, the tires were absolutely filthy with some sort of paste all around the rims of the tires, all tires had multiple chalk circles, none of the nozzles were tightened at all, and the air pressure was way off on all 4 tires by plus or minus 5 PSI. This type of service is just the way it is after Covid it seems. It's not just Discount Tire, it's any service at any business almost. It's exhausting and disappointing but it's here to stay I guess.
