Andrew and his team are awesome. Came in here with My Truck and My Girlfriends car and they set us up with 2 sets of tires. Great Customer Service and Great Payment options along with speedy service. Will be coming back for some wheels in the near future *At First, I had given 5 stars but I had to come back to change it. My biggest concern is the lack of customer service. The only person that was really in top of his game was the account manager here. All the other employees didn't know what they talked about. Every time I would call to make payment and get status on my accounts false information was always given. When I finally finished paying off my accounts I was told that I would receive a final bill or receipt stating that I had completed my obligations. This happened back in January, and now that we are approaching April, I have yet to receive anything. This place is great for convenience. And if you have a cash buy out planned that day. Always had good experiences with this place until the new manager came in. Idk his name but I think he's a transfer from their Fresno store that closed down. My tire had a nail in it and I'm covered under their warranty program (that I'm currently paying). I called and asked if I could get a new tire but the manager told me I couldn't because I was a little late in my payment. I had a payment scheduled for the next day along with the $75 late payment. I think it's bullshit how the manager refused to help me also when I had put $200 down to begin with. Instead of giving good customer service he gave me attitude as well as called back to leave a voicemail threatening to come to my house and take away the tires after I had hung up on him lol. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Came and got a proposal from Isaac. I told him I'd be back in an hour w the cash to place the order. When I came back, he saw me and blew me off. The clerk told him I was back to place order and he looked at me and told her he was going to lunch. I left because the clerk, though helpful couldn't help us. Worst service ever! They have a huge variety of rims, witch makes it had to pick from! They even set rims up in front of your current rim to show you what they would look like if they were on the car! Terrible customer service. They act like they're trying to help you but when I told them about my payments and when I get paid. They said everything will be fine and now they blow up my phone start yelling and saying I'm late when in the agreement I told them that I can certain weeks and threatened to take the Rims back. Save your money and don't waste your time here. They try and double your money on used rims that aren't worth what they are selling them for. read more

If I could this place would get a big fat -0- I have bought tires several different times from this place, but my experience with the salinas store this week has been a nightmare, all started with a flat tire as I was exiting S.101 at Boronda on 1/4, I cld the store but they were closing within 40mim and the store associate told me to bring it in Monday at 10:30 when they open, I did but was told technician not in 12:30, I left the flat tire there as I was told to do technician can look at it, I didn't hear back so I called them at 1:42 and was told that manager was going to order new tire and would be in next day(Tuesday 7th) I cld on the 7th tire never arrived but should be here at there 3pm shipment, my husband then cld at 4:30pm on 1//7, still no tire but for sure will be in on 1/8 morning shipment, my husband cld and yes tire was in and was told to come in at 11:30 for installation, I arrived at store 11:20, then Anthony sales assoc, tells me thru can not install tire till manager Andrew comes back on 1/9, because he has to look at flat tire to approve new replacement, to say the least was very upset cuz been given the run around for days, I did call Andrew by phone, and told him this was "bull shit" this is the only profanity I used, but yet he told my husband I also cursed at his employees anyone that knows me knows this isn't true, but o asked Andrew for the owners phone number and he became irate at that point. He said it's his store he runs it and owner has nothing to do with it, what is baffling about all this why didn't they communicate to me about the tire? Why didn't they try to patch it!? Why was there I tire ordered if manager had to look at it!?, this is so wrong how they do this to customer, I have been without a car for days, I have reached out to corporate office and still awaiting call back, and cuz I refuse to deal with them ANYMORE my husband had to take the entire day off work today 1/9. read more

If I could click zero stars, I would. They continuously withdraw my payments without my authorization. The manager blamed it on an employee and stated they were no longer there. It continued to happen again and I didn't address it. They did it again this past week and manager says it was a mistake. A mistake? It's no longer a mistake. Why keep my information? Just because you don't do credit check doesn't mean you can continue to run peoples cards without authorization. read more
