We returned the store a couple days later with some of my bridesmaids and I can't recall the employee we were put with, but it was a HORRENDOUS experience. It seemed like it was this woman's first day on the job, she couldn't figure out how to clip me into the dresses, was rude/rushing us, wouldn't let me try on veils with the dresses I selected, the list goes on. Our jeweler, Ellie, did an incredible job. We ended up doing a custom design that cost market price, no added fees for being a custom design. From the first impression to the first email, Ellie remembered us personally and genuinely seemed enthusiastic to be reconnected.
