Kylie responded IMMEDIATELY, quite literally within 10 minutes of my initial email. She called, and set up a tasting appointment with me. The day of the appointment (yesterday) she called ahead to let me know that the air in the building was acting funky but, she was looking forward to seeing me. The amazing personality that I spoke with over the phone was the same personality that I received in person...I LOVE an infectious spirit and she has just that! The cakes displayed are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and whats even better is that the taste was amazing as well. She/they had my sample box ready and while I was there I decided to purchase additional cupcakes as well. The cakes itself are very moist and flavorful, but not too sweet. My top favorite were the cookie dough and the amaretto raspberry. The raspberry filling has the perfect balance of sweetness, but a slight tart (like a hint of acidity). My boys loved the mudslide as it is a chocolate lovers DREAM and the French toast. My plan was to try 3 different businesses however the Divas have given me exactly what I was looking for. They made the cake exactly how I we discussed it looking. I was a little surprised when I spoke to them that they didn't seem interested in taking any artistic liberties with it. I kept telling them that I didn't want it to look exactly like the inspiration photo and I wanted them to have a little bit of fun with it or make it look a little bit unique and they asked me if I wanted to put something into ChatGPT to give them an idea of what I was thinking, but I get that they were probably just trying to deliver exactly what I had envisioned and I appreciate that. I was very happy with how my cake looked at the end of the day. My issue comes in with the flavor. I got samples of a few of their cake flavors to try, and I think their cake flavors were pretty good, but some of them were not quite as strong as others. I ended up going with their champagne and berries flavor with a strawberry jam between the layers when we tried the sample of this flavor it was absolutely delicious and really unique, and the champagne was strong, but not overpowering in the actual cake itself. I found that it just tasted like a strawberry pop tart. The champagne flavor was much less present and that was really disappointing for me. My other issue was with pick up. My friend arrived to pick up the cake and it wasn't ready until half an hour after the time when he was supposed to pick it up. He got there a little bit early, so this left him waiting there for quite a while. I'm glad that all the work they were doing was fresh so that the cake wouldn't be getting stale, but it was a slight annoyance since the pick up was on the day of the party and he was out for longer than we had anticipated. I think that if your priority is visuals, the sugar divas have got you absolutely covered, but I would caution that their sample differed from the final product, so if flavor is your top priority, this might not be the spot for you. I don't know that I would use them again, considering how much I paid for the cake and how the flavor turned out.

There's a small sign indicating that Shack Sweets is located somewhere in the array of food concession counters. It looked empty and there was even a little sign saying closed. We were worried as we had confirmed our pickup time and day and even double checked. I ended up calling them and provided my info and what we were picking up and in just a matter of seconds an employee appeared with our order! The strawberries were extremely delicious and sweet! They held up the next couple of days in the fridge which you don't see very often when it comes to chocolate strawberries. When I finally found it, I was almost very upset because the section was already closed even though it was ten minutes before their closing time posted. After calling and telling them I was there, someone instantly popped out and gave me the chocolates. The chocolate strawberries gave Sherris Berries a run for their money, at a fraction of the cost. The chocolate was remarkable and the strawberries tasted so fresh, I thought they could've been picked fresh that morning. I will for sure be back again when I am in the area and craving some amazing chocolate strawberries or many other items that they offer! Aside from the closing early, this place had nothing for me to complain about!

I was in Florida for a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. I did a Google search trying to find cupcakes I could just buy for his birthday. I found Ray Cakes with beautiful pictures so I called. There was no answer but I instantly got a text back about missing my call. I ended up talking to Rachel and explained I was looking for cupcakes. she accommodated my request for 1/2 dozen cupcakes but she went the extra mile and made them fresh and allowed me to have multiple flavors. She delivered them to me on time!!! I was totally impressed by the professionalism and amazing customer service. We immediately tasted one of the cupcakes and OH MY GOODNESS!!! These delicious cupcakes were absolutely amazing, from the soft cake to the delicious smooth icing. The flavor was authentically unique and awesome. The fact that I was from out of town and Ray Cakes went the extra mile to make my birthday surprise even more special on top of the delicious cupcakes was absolutely amazing. We chose Ray Cakes for our wedding cake. Rachel was a delight to work with. She is very organized, responsive and reliable. For the cake tasting she came up with 12 different flavor samples. We had a hard time selecting one flavor and we are not even cake people! She made very good suggestions and recommendations. We ended up with lemon flavor for our wedding cake. Our initial delivery was scheduled at noon (she offers delivery service and I highly recommend it especially if its for a special occasion). A day before our wedding I asked Rachel if the cake can be delivered earlier because we were planning to start the ceremony at noon. Since it was a last minute request she had other cake deliveries lined up, so she could not promise. The day of our wedding she delivered the cake at 11 am an hour before the ceremony, per my request! Rachel made a phenomenal cake that was made with quality ingredients and fresh flowers. We Just ordered from Ray Cakes for a 2nd time! This time, it was for my wife's birthday. And somehow it was an EVEN BETTER EXPERIENCE. She went above and beyond once again! We ordered a small cake and asked if Rachel knew a good place to get balloons. Well, Rachel took care of everything! We were able to order a cake, balloons and delivery all in one package! The cake was so delicious, the balloons were beautiful and the delivery was in the exact time frame we needed. Thank you again for a great experience! I ordered a pout pout fish cake, I sent a few pictures for ideas and she nailed the design. Actual cake taste was also very delicious, I got the vanilla cake. It wasn't super sugary like most bakery's which I liked considering the birthday cake was for my nephews 1st birthday. my only complaint was the cake was larger than I needed but that was only because I ordered with only 2 days notice and it was all that was available. Rachel did a beautiful job on my niece's bridal shower cake! She truly listened to what 'vision' I had for the cake and what she created was spot on! And not only was it beautiful, the cake was delicious! My daughter has said that her favorite part of our birthday trip is always her cake. we don't live in Orlando but we make sure we plan a trip just so we can I clue some pixie dust and Nini Dink! I usually have restaurants asking me for the contact information once they see the cake. Oh - and the cake inside is just as amazing as the decoration on the outside!

I've visited the business twice. And the two best things for me were the Reese's peanut butter cup, brownie, and the red velvet cookie. The brownie was number one very moist, but I also tasted the Reese's peanut butter flavor and it wasn't too chocolatey if that makes sense. The red velvet cookie was pretty good. It had white chocolate chips in there and wasn't bad. As far as the cupcakes, I tried the strawberry cupcake, the Oreo, cupcake, and another pastry. Unfortunately, for me, they were a miss. The cake is self is good and has nice flavor but the icing on all of my cupcakes tastes like medicine or fake sugar. I don't know how to describe it. I just know that I was not a fan and I went back the second time to try something new in hopes of liking it more and it just didn't hit the mark for me. So for this, I have to give three out of five stars. I would go back if I was in the area and wanted a brownie, but I wouldn't make a trip specifically to visit this business.
