It was in the shop 5 times within the first three weeks. They claimed to fix the problem, but nothing was done. The issue is all the lights coming up like, ABS, Check Engine, Lane assist, ACC, and more! Just today the car didn't even want to start. This is not what I think would happen to a car that has 51k miles and only six years old. Even knowing these issues, they claim they can't work on the car because the lights randomly go away and they can't see the codes that were on the car. IE they cannot look at the code history of the vehicle and see what's wrong.

When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that my appointment didn't show on the Waterville, Maine, computer. Therefore, they couldn't serve me, and I would have to make another appointment. Another person named Peggy had her appointment confirmed for that time. As far as I'm concerned, I should have been served because I was there, on time, and she was not. We both had appointments, the only difference being the computer entry. I did show the fellow the original email showing I had made the appointment, but at that time, I was a bit rattled and hadn't yet found the confirmation. The fellow did admit that he understood that I did have this appointment even though I didn't show him the actual confirmation. If he made a sincere apology for this problem, I certainly didn't hear it. I was simply to understand that the computer had made a mistake, and I was supposed to understand. I am a longtime customer of the Waterville Tire Warehouse, and hope to remain so. But I feel I should have at the very least received a sincere apology, and perhaps a coupon as compensation for my time lost.
