The morning of Brian sent a text confirming the time. I say "Yes". He replied "Ok, see you soon". 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, no Brian. I messaged to ask if he was still coming. He replied "I was unsure if today seemed like a good time for you. I didn't have chance to speak to you before. There was a lack of communication. But I would love to get you scheduled for a quote and speak with you about your project". Like, what? I replied that I had JUST confirmed 45 minutes ago and that he said "Ok, see you soon". Of course, he hasn't replied. That being said, of course I won't be scheduling a quote or using them. Very weird and poor customer service.

The not so great review is unfortunate, as his employee that performed the work is responsible. We had a pipe burst in the wall which required replacement of the flooring and drywall. At first we thought it looked great and they said the creaky floor would go away with time. It didn't.. then the flooring bubbled and peeled up. When we looked closer, the wall was not cut properly and they shoved spackle into the gap at the bottom which began to crumble prior to paint. Nothing was recaulked properly. Within months the entire floor was coming up, its soft feeling, and the floor is very loud and creaky. The toilet leans now as well. Someone else came out to look and pointed out several things that were done incorrectly. With that said, Jay was great but unfortunately not involved with the repairs himself. We're past the warranty point so it looks like a bathroom remodel is in the near future. EDIT: Jay, please don't insult me by stating that this is a fake review towards your business. You are welcome to come look at the work that was performed and follow up repairs that were made. I assure you that my review is spot on.. but I'm disappointed with the online interaction here.
