The cheapest bid I got elsewhere was $25,000 from the big roofing companies. Luke (Hannah Construction Owner) laughed when he heard that. He put mine on for $7,500. This year we had new gutters and covers put on. Also way less than competitive bids. They replaced an old pseudo french door with an actual French Door. Way less then a bid I got 8 years ago. The last project they did and the most beautiful is my new deck. Hannah construction put in a composite deck for less than what Long Fence wanted for wood. Jorge the Carpenter was a true craftsman. He was a joy to watch work. All Hannah employees are friendly, professional and have amazing skill. I would reccomend them to anyone.

At first we thought it looked great and they said the creaky floor would go away with time. It didn't.. then the flooring bubbled and peeled up. When we looked closer, the wall was not cut properly and they shoved spackle into the gap at the bottom which began to crumble prior to paint. Nothing was recaulked properly. Within months the entire floor was coming up, its soft feeling, and the floor is very loud and creaky. The toilet leans now as well. Someone else came out to look and pointed out several things that were done incorrectly. With that said, Jay was great but unfortunately not involved with the repairs himself. We're past the warranty point so it looks like a bathroom remodel is in the near future. EDIT: Jay, please don't insult me by stating that this is a fake review towards your business. You are welcome to come look at the work that was performed and follow up repairs that were made. I assure you that my review is spot on.. but I'm disappointed with the online interaction here.

After exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve the issue, I filed a lawsuit. The court ruled in my favor and ordered repayment. Despite that judgment, the court-ordered payments have not been made. I never imagined I'd have to sue someone just to recover money for work that wasn't completed, but that's where this ended up. I hope no one else has to go through what my family has experienced.

Floored. So glad I found these guys…read more I'm a big Yelp fella so when I didn't see any ratings for NLC (this was back in Feb 2026) I was a little hesitant, but figured why not. We were looking to have our kitchen cabinets refaced and had no clue where to start. The former owners went with a "brown on brown on brown on brown motif" for EVERYTHING so when we got our tax return we decided to have them done. NLC came back with a VERY competitive quote, so much so we thought we might've missed something in the contract, but pulled the trigger and hired them. I'm so glad we did, bc what a crew. We met with Fabian and his dad, Edman, for the initial consult, and then Edman & George did the work. They set up shop in our garage and did everything by hand, all of it. Edman explained the process, from the new alcohol-based stripping and priming, to the base colors in the paint we'd chosen. More went into this than I thought and the cabinets look brand new, like straight from the factory. Outstanding value and I do like the family-run businesses. Edman has quite a history with this and it looks like he's passing the biz down to his son. Top shelf work all around.
