I was out of town when we learned her kitchen faucet was spewing water from the spray hose. On top of that we noticed her water bill had recently spiked and Barry found a massive leak under the crawl space due to a broken gate valve. He jumped on both issues and went out of his way to source a new faucet assembly then professionally replaced the sink faucet. He then cut and replaced the ball valve under the crawl space and re-insulated the assembly to protect it from the weather. Get this! I am out of town and my mom was so upset about the simultaneous issues, she broke out in tears and Barry stopped working, then took the time to sit on the couch to comfort her. Capable, kind and compassionate! Kolton took our original call and is a perfect gentleman and consummate professional, he scheduled us right away and he returns phone calls.
