I started a project around 4pm on a Sunday here on Yelp. Tony, within 5 minutes was the second to get back to me (the 1st with any reviews). He was responsive and communicative throughout and had a reasonable estimate to replace our gas 50gall heater. His quote stood firm, we set a time for Tuesday for it to get done. No craziness, hidden fees, etc. He showed up on time, answered my questions, removed, replaced and tested new tank, and we were good to go in under 3 hours. Couldn't reccomend more. I'd call him again if I had to, hopefully I wont. :)

Howard is a jovial and fair guy! I'm on a fairly tight budget and was concerned that calling a union plumber was going to cost an arm and a leg, but it didn't! His prices were beyond reasonable. He's coming back next week to install a tankless water heater. This will save us money monthly and is more eco friendly. I was out of town when we learned her kitchen faucet was spewing water from the spray hose. On top of that we noticed her water bill had recently spiked and Barry found a massive leak under the crawl space due to a broken gate valve. He jumped on both issues and went out of his way to source a new faucet assembly then professionally replaced the sink faucet. He then cut and replaced the ball valve under the crawl space and re-insulated the assembly to protect it from the weather. Get this! I am out of town and my mom was so upset about the simultaneous issues, she broke out in tears and Barry stopped working, then took the time to sit on the couch to comfort her.
