Is this a joke? I went during posted business hours to have my clock repaired, but the door was locked. I could clearly see someone inside, so I knocked. The man came to the door and aggressively told me to "get the F\*\*\* out of here." This was completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and deeply unprofessional. I have never been treated so rudely by a business, especially when I was simply trying to request a service during normal operating hours. If this is how customers are treated, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I will never return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Anthony has been amazing! I have used him to resize my engagement ring and wedding band. He was able to get them sized perfectly and got them back to me fast! I don't trust my rings with anyone but Anthony has definitely earned my trust. I have also gone back a 2nd time now to repair my wife's gold necklace. It is a special cut that is not very common and it had snapped on the front side of the necklace. Anthony returned it back and it is as good as new! And he did it for a reasonable price! I had my vintage Tag Heuer watch fixed. It had stopped. After a quick inspection, Anthony told me that water had seeped in. He showed me the inside of the watch and explained to me what needed to be done. He immediately called his sources to find out if the part or mechanism was even available. Luckily, it was, for such an old watch. The sentimental value alone to me was worth having it repaired. And the amount he quoted and charged me seemed reasonable. In less than a week, he gave me a call telling me that my watch was done and was ready to be picked up. This is my third watch repaired or serviced by the store. NOTE: I am writing this review on my wife's account. I rarely do any reviews but felt compelled to write this one based on the bad attitude and poor service I received recently from this "jeweler". DO NOT GO HERE for watch battery replacement! I had been going here a while for my watch batteries. I have MANY watches. The prices here are high but there are not many places to get watch batteries close to me. The last time I went was a disaster. I took my favorite INVICTA PRO DIVER (WR to 200 meters) in for a new battery. When I went in a swimming pool with it on I noticed the next day that water had gotten inside the crystal and the watch quit working. I went back in to show him (not sure of his name), he says, "Invicta watches are cheap and they are not waterproof". Totally bad attitude. Not to mention Invicta guarantees water resistance to 200 meters if you close the watch correctly. I went in 5 ft deep water. So, he is wrong!!! And Invictas are indeed inexpensive but I like them and this was my favorite watch. he ends up opening up my watch and drying it out but says it may or may not work again. Obviously he did not seal it back up properly when he replaced the battery. He did not take responsibility for his crappy work nor offer to replace my watch. He ruined my watch and gave me a bad attitude for his poor workmanship. Terrible business practice in my opinion. Be very careful if you take anything of yours there that you care much about. The model of Invicta of mine that he ruined is proving to be very difficult to find so I can't even replace it myself. read more

I loved the ring my fiance had bought me, but within a year, a stone had fallen out and the bands were very tarnished. I was in a panic and took the ring to Raymond's jewelers for fixing. The owner was very thorough about the work that needed to be done with my ring and gave us multiple price points, starting with the most budget option, then mid-tiered, then most expensive. We went with the budget option and within a week and a half, I got my ring back. It looks more beautiful than the first time I wore it and I am so happy with the work! The pictures do not do it justice, but the craftsmanship is amazing. We will most likely come back to do more upgrades when our budget allows it, but for what we paid, it's almost like my ring is brand new. Thank you, Raymond! read more

Never Never recommend this shop. Last summer I did service here, never recommend. After serviced, I found my vintage Submariner missed 12 o'clock luminous point, I complaint about it but the shop owner said my watch didn't have it. I had photos for evidences but the shop owner told me lie. And I paid full service price but he did partial service, after six month, need pay additional $150 and said don't take water with my watch. Mine is Submariner. And he said it did just 2weeks but I got it after 4weeks. And one more thing, after service, clock is not works. So I requested after service(owner said 1year warranty), but shop owner kicked me out of shop. Such a bad shop. read more

TLDR: They scratched my $10,000 watch. I went here to support a local hometown business. I was trying to remove a leather band from my brand new Grand Seiko White Birch (which costs $10k) and install the original steel bracelet. While in the middle of doing this myself at home, I realized I didn't have my Bergeon tool with me to attach the bracelet so I decided to go to a local shop to finish the job. While installing the bracelet, and after realizing I was inspecting the lugs for scratches, he proudly claimed he installed it "perfectly without any scratches!!"....as if to divert attention away from the scratches. I noticed the scratches right away, but didn't care at the moment bc it happens from time to time to all of us. I didn't bring it up. He was a nice guy and made good convo. It's been a few weeks now and now that I picked up this watch again to wear, I'm reminded of the sloppy job they did it my watch, and of the scratches they put into the perfect Zaratsu polishing on my Grand Seiko. At the end of the day, I got charged $35 to size up a Brew Metric ($400 watch) & to just install a bracelet for my GS. If I wanted the scratches, I would have done it myself at home. read more

Just went to Quick Fix Jewelrey on Ball st. He corrected my watchband for $25!!! Raymond charged me $60 and did it WRONG. Quick Fix recognised immediately why my brand new Omega Speedmast was sitting on my wrist wrong, one side of the bracelet was 2 links too long just like I told Raymond. Raymond REFUSED to fix it when i pointed it out to him, staring some "ethical" BS. Raymond could'care less if his customers are happy as long as he gets to do things his way. Go to Quick Fix!!! Even without calling ahead or making an appointment, I was able to have all 3 watches serviced within a matter of minutes. Polite customer service, fast service, and fair prices. If I could give zero stars I would. I had 4 watches serviced here and "appraised" by this charlatan. Two vintage pocket watches, that this clown showed with a value of $3750 for one and $3500 for the other. It cost me $916 to get them serviced, after having them appraised by someone who knew what they're talking about put the value at $250-$300 each. Horrible advice, and his response when I came back was no one put a gun to your head. He has a sign on his counter that says with "God anything is possible." Obviously what he sees as possible is giving horrible advice that proves to be very expensive for the customer. I wouldn't take anything to the shop ever again. There are many competitive quality options, stay away from this clown. read more
