We have added diamonds over the years but this is stunning. He also made me a custom marquis ring, and a matching necklaces/gold charm bracelet. He truly makes all my visions come to life but makes them even better. I really appreciate he will give his professional opinion if certain styles will hold gems or they're just pretty but won't last with over time strength wise. He's not just there to make money off you he truly cares and wants you to be a happy customer with pieces that will last a lifetime. Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. Although we are still on the search for the "perfect" chain for each of us (we are not major jewelry people but need this to be just right for us in every way), I appreciate the help that Jeweler's Touch gave and would recommend them for anyone looking for a custom piece or specific jewelry services.

I was greeted by Raffie, who took one look at my watch and said he can replace the battery right now. No sending out for repair and waiting 2 to 3 or 4 weeks. How cool is that? While I waited, I looked at their jewelry and watches and saw quite a nice variety. I wasn't looking for a a fourth watch that night but now I know where to go when I'm ready for one, and especially to keep my watch running smoothly. He was also very helpful in showing me their jewelry for something specific I had been looking for. So all in all service was excellent and the, price of the battery replacement was very reasonable. I placed my order understanding it would arrive within 3-4 weeks. When that window passed with no update, I reached out through their online system -- no response. I then sent a text and was told my ring was still being made. I waited two more weeks, and still received no shipping notification or FedEx tracking. I called the store directly for a follow-up, only to be told they had never actually made my ring. They offered a return and a gift as a resolution. I waited for the refund -- and again, no communication. No email, no confirmation, no follow-up. The refund eventually came through, but only after I had to chase it down myself. After more than a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and zero proactive communication, I was left with no ring and a very poor impression of how online customers are treated. In-store customers may have a different experience, but as an online buyer, I felt completely overlooked at every step of this process. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and order tracking for future customers.

If I can give this abusive ass a 0 I would. He is a liar, very rued and abusive. I took some items for repair and he said he wouldnt charge me. Then he changed his mind and overcharged me once it came time for pick up. He also told me it would be ready at a certain day and changed the date twice. It took him 2 weeks to do something that could be done in an hour tops. At first he told me he is not at the store so I decided to pass by since its nearby anyways. Sure enough he was there. I entered the store and he cussed me out and told me to get the f@#% out before he calls the cops. I told him to not talk to me like that and to just give me my items even if they are not done. He said its at his other shop. He has no other shop. He refused to give me the items and I just walked out. If you do go make sure you get everything in writing prior. What an evil pathological liar he is. read more

I highly recommend this place for all your repair needs. I took 4 watches for battery replacement and Anthony did a fabulous job. One watch had a new battery put in 2 weeks prior by a local jeweler but it stopped two days after the new battery was installed. Anthony put in the correct battery for that watch and mentioned the movement may have been previously damaged. He had me try it for a couple of days and said if the new battery didn't make a difference he would replace the movement and credit me back for the new battery. I ended up taking it back and Anthony stood by his word! He is honest and extremely knowledgeable. Now my favorite Coach watch works beautifully and I am thrilled - I have tried several other local jewelers and watch repair shops - but I now I will not go anywhere else but Raymond's. read more

I have been using Raymond's for many years. Now Anthony (Raymond's son) has taken over for his father who, unfortunately, passed away early this year. However, Raymond trained his son well &, not only does Anthony possess his father's skill in repairing watches, he has also expanded the store's offerings to include computer repair & watch & jewelry sales. I now live 20 miles from Raymond's Watch Repair, but I willingly make the drive to have both my husband's high end watches & my regular watches cared for by Anthony. I have never received bad service or costs in excess of the general market. Usually it is just the opposite. I have been going to Raymond's for years! I brought four watches last week for new batteries and Tony the owner was very courteous & friendly and was fast. About four or five months back he fixed the watch band on my dad's old Casio. This watch is on its last leg but he loves it. Tony fixed it right away even though it was a tough job because the buttons were so worn. He was very professional & kindly fixed the same watch band again a month later. I have been going here for all my watch repairs since Tony's Dad was running it. So I was sad to hear of his passing earlier this year. As it was my first time getting batteries replaced and links taken out of a watch, Anthony was a fantastic person to find. He deals with every customer on a personal basis, works with speed and precision, as well as maintains the privacy with each person to make everyone feel safe and protected. As I needed three batteries replaced and 4 links taken out of another, it was all completed within 20 minutes. He is also very knowedgeable to answer any question you may have about maintaince and even self adjustments. Went in for watch replacement batteries for my husband and I. The owner Tony was very nice and replaced both batteries for a minimal cost. I asked him if he did ring sizing as I had lost a lot of weight and my ring just spinned on my finger and didn't want to lose it and could he soder my engagement and wedding band together and he said yes. I didn't leave it that day but went back a week ago and dropped off my ring. He did it would be $75 to soder and resize and the prongs were worn. I picked it up today and he did a phenomenal job!my ring is beautiful! I am very happy with the service and the work he did. When I upgrade my ring in the future I definitely will return. read more

So this place to my knowledge is under new management. The gentlemen that helped me was named Anthony. I called around to find a location and the pricing was competitive with everything that I've been hearing. He answered the phone very pleasantly and was very imformative. When I arrived he answered questions about some scratches on my watch and what to do about them. He informed me that I should wait another year + before replacing the face and that I shouldn't waste the money on replacing it at this time. I had my battery replaced in just a few minutes and for 12 dollars. I recommend people to give the new management a shot because I had a great experience! read more

Excellent service! It was my first time here and I needed to have a battery replaced on my Longines watch. Anthony was both friendly and professional. I had recently got it serviced by an official Longines Supplier but the battery only lasted 18 months. Anthony immediately put in a new battery in less than 10 minutes and gave me some advice for care and future maintenance. He was so good, I left my watch for cleaning to pick up tomorrow. I had a serious problem with my Omega Seamaster from the early 50's. Water was getting through the case. I called and Anthony was able to help me and fixed it better than it had ever been before. I had taken it previously to another place that was unable to get genuine Omega parts and Anthony was able to and for a very reasonable price. A previous jeweler replaced my motor and apparently the post that holds the hands was too long so it would hit a certain time which wore down the battery. Alan replaced the motor with a correct fit.
