A previous jeweler replaced my motor and apparently the post that holds the hands was too long so it would hit a certain time which wore down the battery. Alan replaced the motor with a correct fit. Nick accommodated me by doing a warranty regulation on the watch to correct the negative deviation (runs slow). He did not have to do that as Laco has no service centers in the US. But since he was an Authorized Dealer he took care of me. He did an excellent job of regulating my watch. Very happy and a loyal customer going forward.
