I had never noticed this jewelry store until I needed some help with a chain on an old necklace and looked on yelp for help. It was last minute and the owner waited for me as it was for my daughter's wedding. He does all the work himself onsite. You just don't see that anymore with all the chain stores out there now. This is an old school jeweler and I loved it. I will be back with my other jewelry and to find a new piece or two. Thank You read more

I came here to fix my chain and they said they would for 40$ and it would take a day. The day I got it and was going to take it off the part the fixed came off so I went back. Again I had to wait a day when I went back they forgot who I was and it was fixed but then againnnn it broke off so I just went to del amo swap meet they fixed it for half the price and the work was cleaner. Just sharing my experience waste of money and time. read more

I found this place on yelp. It was an easy place to get to. I had a simple task of replacing the battery in my watch. The person that helped me was very polite.. he looked at my watch went to the back replaced the battery brought it back to me. All this was done within five minutes. Do not go here! The owner overcharges for services. I take responsibly for making the mistake of agreeing to the services and paying the over inflated prices for multiple watch band adjustments and battery replacements along with some jewelry repair. I had been putting off getting all this work done for so long so I just paid the price. Don't make the same mistake. While paying my bill the owner was eyeing my wedding ring and asking to check it out while boasting about his posted community awards. I just didn't get a good feeling about it all. Trusting my gut and never coming back. I use to go to Fast Fix jewelry at Westminster Mall. They were honest and reasonably priced. I guess I'm still in search of thier replacement. read more

Very fast, quick service! I forgot to review this place about a year ago when I came in with an oversized watch I purchased. I have a tiny wrist & the service was extremely quick, only $20 (the first picture is that first watch I had) My watch ended up breaking but I forgot about this place & discarded it. I purchased a new watch & again it was oversized, & I came in at 4:38pm & he was done by 4:44pm! There was one customer in front of me getting links reduced as well. He gave me the extra links in a bag, which is useful bc my old watch had broken bc the links broke off somehow - so if I had those spare parts, I could have had my first watch fixed easier. Jay took great care of me! I came in on a Monday at 4:53pm with my wedding ring having a displaced prong. I asked when he can do the service and he offered to do it on the spot! I was expecting to come back after a few days. He lowered the prong and all the other prongs as well. He cleaned both my wedding band and diamond ring. Everything took less than 10 minutes. I appreciate that he stayed after their closing time to help me and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

I came here to fix/replace a missing arm(?) on my glasses. W.Mart recommended him. The man here is quick and polite. Today was my 3rd time here and he found a perfectly matching arm to replace it. $40 and it took less than 5 minutes. He did the work and then praised ME for being smart! Needed a new watch battery. Walked in and the friendly owner fixed my watch in less than 10 min. Located in the Ralphs shopping center, and right next to Pho Alley (best pho in Cerritos and LB). They are set up with covid safety protocols.. great job! I came in to get a necklace chain fixed. It is a very thin chain and one of the links broke. After reading the reviews, I decided to come in. Jay took a quick look at my necklace, gave me a quote, and after I agreed, he said it'll only take a few minutes. So I got a reply from the business owner regarding my review. He explained that the more expensive the watch, the more expensive it is to adjust a watchband due to "liability reasons". I'd like to know what the liability reason is exactly. If he were to break my watch, was he going to buy me a new one? I don't understand how removing a couple links from a metal band would be diff for one watch vs another if you're using the same metal band on either watch. Now... my band didn't need to be attached to the Apple Watch. It could've just been laying there on the table and he adjust it that way. Thereby, not even touching the watch at all. I know I'm stuck on this. But, to quote different prices depending on if it's an expensive watch or not... this just seems to be a matter of principle to me. read more

Maybe to fast. Brought in wife's watch , he changed battery , next day my wife's watch was full of water. I went back , he didn't say sorry , just blamed watch maker. Three years she has had watch stamped right on back water resistant. Make sure he has right tool to change your brand of watch , otherwise he will break the seal of the watch. She loves her watch now we need to toss out her $ 300.00 watch :( read more

8/24/26 I have been…read morelooking for jewelry repair shops in my area for the last month. I have one eternity band that lost a stone, one bezel ring needed to be downsized and another bezel ring needed to have the stone replaced (due to poor quality). I drove over and got confused thinking this place was in the jewelry mart that I once visited prior. I noted that the jewelry mart was dark without any open signs or people walking inside. I called the Yelp number to ask if they were still open since it stated they were open until 6pm. A nice gentleman answered to phone and told me where they were located. Come on in, we are still open. As I approached the store, I saw two armed guards in front, and an empty queue line outside. The guard opened the door, I walked in and was welcomed by approximately 10 people to my left. It was slightly startling at first/like a car salesman place but it was less intimidating. I walked to Sean who greeted me and asked me to meet him at the counter behind me. I glanced around and noticed ICE, ICE baby everywhere. So much bling, I would have benefited from shades for sure. Sean came over quickly, introduced himself and got details of what brought me in today. We discussed each repair, resizing and stone reset or replacement request. He wasn't too sure about the elongated, bezel stone swap out. He said it may be pretty expensive and not sure if I would like to proceed. He asked why I wanted to replace it and I told him the quality of the stone was poor so I got a replacement. He gave me on the spot pricing for the repair and resizing. He offered to try something first for my swap request... he took the ring back and cleaned it up thinking it may have just needed a freshen up. Unfortunately, he agreed the stone quality was not as good. He then offered to get a second opinion about the swap out. A few minutes later, he and owner Gabe came out. Gabe gave me a quote for $400. He read my face and offered $100 less for the service. I agreed to the updated pricing and was happy. I agreed to the price to get all three items worked on. He informed me if I came in 2 hours early, I could have brought all 3 home with me same day. I was surprised and asked for details. Apparently, they have multiple repair folks, stone setters and watch workers in back. You can see all the staff members working in back with live camera feeds. I even saw a lady recording her stone setting process. I found this to be a very cool experience even though I didn't get to see it done on my own ring. Sean documented all the work for each item and placed it in their respective envelopes, I paid and off I went. ETA for completion next day or the following day latest. He gave me a heads up about the completion notification will come digitally when each item is ready. I can choose to wait for all three to be done before pick up. I greatly appreciated Sean's patient, inquisitive attitude concerning my swap out stone and attention to detail when it came to documenting item specifics. So far, a great experience with them! If you're looking for jewelry repair or looking for a new piece of bling, please stop in! Will provide an update when I get my rings back :)

My daughter likes gems and I was looking to surprise her with a unique outing so I yelped a gem shop and stumbled across this one. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly and regaled with stories of everything in the shop. It felt like a museum that was for sale. They had everything from the affordable $1 "babysitter" bin of rocks to keep the kiddos entertained, to the essentially priceless (and everything in between). The highlight for me was the vintage jewelry pieces. They were so unique and stunning in a way that modern jewelry stores simply cannot compare. If you're looking for a nice piece of jewelry to surprise someone, they can definitely help. The owners were happy to discuss details of every stone and encouraged questions from my daughter like she was on a class field trip. They delighted in letting her hold and touch things that were clearly out of her price range. My husband enjoyed the fossilized dinosaur poop, because... poop. They also carve their own stones, and do repair work! If you have been meaning to stop in here, then I encourage you to do so as soon as you can. If they don't have it, I'm betting they can get it.
