Cool vibe. Cold beers. Brings me back to my youth hanging out in the Yellowbird in Astoria, Queens. Would recommend a stop for a drink.

Raymond's is the perfect bar. Dark. Moody. Good beer. Friendly people. Hey had Happy Camper IPA in cans so we soaked ourselves in a few.

Love, love, love. A must stop if coming through or staying in T or C. You don't find dives like this in America anymore.

Vintage chic with Palm Springs flair, Easily the fanciest spot you'll find in Truth or Consequences, I swear. Loads of character, charm for days, The kind of ambiance that makes you want to stay. Delicious from start to end, French onion soup to begin--rich, savory, a win. Surf and turf kabobs followed, cooked just right, Then cheesecake to finish, smooth, sweet delight. They even have a kids menu, which made things easy, Happy kids, happy table, no stress, keeping it breezy. Service was excellent, warm, and on point for a lovely night. A must-stop gem if you're in T or C seeing the sights.

There's an outdoor patio area that was not in use when we went but would have been lovely for a nice cool evening. The interior has an old school feel to it. Our waitress was friendly but wasn't the most knowledgeable and our silverware was a dirty. We were also greeted by a very charming older man who was full of life! I really wished I could rate this place higher but my steak was overcooked and bland and my husband said his was just ok. We'd really like to give this place another chance so will stop by again next time we're in town!

Stacy is a machine! The nachos were more than enough for 3 us , but we ordered a couple burgers to finish us off anyway. The beer was super cold. Locals know it of course but if Deming is your half way point and you need a road break and need a drink and little bite then this is your hotel bar. The other hotels do not have a bar. This place has a few TVs to watch sports on as well as a TouchTunes jukebox. The food is okay and if you're hungry then it's good. No elevated menu here. Although the food is not spectacular, the beer is cold and the company and service is great. Stacy the bartender has been there over 20 years she's a local gal with an abundance of info. and can tell you about the area. Definitely a little hidden gem and I'd prefer not to advertise so it's not jam packed next time I pop in but y'all need some signage man! It would be much easier to find especially when it's past 8 pm and you can't find another place in Deming that's open.

The ambiance mostly fits that idea, but at the same time it feels a little unsure of what it wants to be. Parts of it feel upscale, while other parts feel casual, making the overall atmosphere a bit all over the place rather than one clear theme. I ordered the Belgian waffle, which was honestly the highlight of the meal--soft, warm, and delicious. The scrambled eggs were also good, cooked well and flavorful. Unfortunately, the turkey sausage tasted like it had been frozen and quickly reheated on the pan, which took away from the plate. And while the eggs themselves were fine, the water served tasted noticeably off, almost like water from a garden hose, which was disappointing. The service was okay overall, but it felt slightly rushed. We were given the check before we had finished and before ordering another round of drinks, which made the experience feel cut short. Sunset Grill has some good elements, especially with the food when it's done right, but the experience could be improved with more consistency in ambiance, better attention to details, and a more relaxed service pace.
