The brewery is very classic home town brewery. They have a root beer beer that is amazing. The watermelon cider tastes like a jolly rancher. What is so amazing about the brewery is that they have a potluck on Thanksgiving. Very quick and efficient service. They have outdoor seating and are dog friendly.

Interesting craft beer menu but what really stood out to me was the Paleta Shooter! Tequila topped with a watermelon cider, Chamoy & Tejin with lime! Absolutely incredible

Wonderful beer selection and great service. La Bête, a limited edition beer, was spectacular.

Very friendly bartender who was very informed and gave great service. It was a relaxing evening with not many folks in town, but we enjoyed ourselves. I liked the blood orange and the watermelon cider.

Great menu of on tap beers! The green chili amber and Winterbock were especially good. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors with a small stage area in the back. Service at the bar is fast and friendly.

June 3, 2023 - Truth or Consequences Brewing Company, NM) We arrived at Truth or Consequences Brewery after a one hour soak at the Riverbend mineral Springs. We were hoping for a Beer and some lunch. There was only one other couple sitting at the bar when we arrived a little after noon. We called ahead to see if it would be OK to bring our dog with us. The guy said it would be fine and that the dog could actually come indoors as long as he was well behaved. Our server's name was Lee. He was a very friendly and engaging guy in his early 20s I'm imagining. He got us lined up with a pint of the Buckhorn West Coast IPA for me and a flight of ciders and beer for my wife. We had hoped to get a bite to eat while we're here, but apparently the food part of their operation wasn't happening when we showed up. Lee was an international studies major and told us about his upcoming trip to Osaka, Japan. As part of my wife's drink flight, we got to try the Mothership double IPA and the Big Bang triple IPA. Everything was tasty. We bought a crowler of lavender cider for my wife and some brewery stickers and a brewery hat for me. They do have regular occurrences of live music.

Very dog friendly, great beer, art, music, service. If you drive past TOC on I-25 without stopping... Shame on you!

Great ambiance, great beer and good service. Buddy was really helpful and took good care of our group. There is a cute patio outside where you can enjoy the sun, weather (yesterday was beautiful) and order food from an off site restaurant. My friends ordered the blood Orange cider and they loved it. I had a blonde ale and it was good. Our overall experience was quite positive.

In town to see T or C and do a soak at the mineral baths. Wandered into the brewery on a Sunday night. They have no food available but have a working relationship with Grapevine Bistro. Place your order, they bring it to you at the brewery. Tasty hatch burger and Mac n cheese with brisket. The poppers were great too. Brewery had a good selection of their craft beers, I had their blood orange cider and my spouse had their lightest beer, airstream ultra. Both very good. Music happens here too.

A really terrific brew pub in T or C, often have live music and its a very laid back crowd here. Nothing fancy about the place. They do not offer food however you are free to bring your own in with you or have it delivered! Great staff and very reasonable beer prices.

This is a nice little locals bar. I wouldn't recommend it for anything else but a drink. It's basic and open when it says it is.

Bigfoot burger and rosemary fries 1000/10 Cashew chicken, which came with a choice of rice (I got fried), sautéed vegetables (delicious) and an award-worthy egg roll. Chicken was good, but not as good as the burger. I think they use chicken breast, I'm more used to having thighs in these types of dishes. Just a personal preference. The egg roll, however was delicious. Two pints (and then two more) of the hef on draft to seal the deal. In short: go if you get a chance, go without any hesitation! Food is delicious, the venue is very cute and service is incredibly attentive and speedy! You won't regret it!

(Never got used to the cold version in Boston.) It was a mixture of lobster and other seafood but quite nice. My side was a green salad with a vinaigrette dressing and it was really fresh and good. My dinner companion had the truffle fries as his side. I couldn't resist stealing a few from his plate and they were very tasty. He ordered a Santa's Nightcap seasonal cocktail made with eggnog, rum, coffee liquer, whipped cream, and topped with a gingerbread man! I had an espresso martini. It was fine. I have nothing to compare it to since it was my first. The inside was nice but a bit on the small side. The booths had been reserved so we sat at a table in the middle of the room. The woman who waited on us was very welcoming. I must also mention the dog-friendly patio, complete with heat lamps. It looked magical decorated with hundreds of tiny lights. This restaurant is definitely a place to try. You can't miss it due to the giant Bigfoot statue on the sign in front!

There is also a back room that has pool tables, plus corn hole and a pinball machine. We were in town for a few days for the Chili Festival. Friday was a medium sized crowd and they had karaoke followed by a live band. Bartenders Theresa and Shelby did a great job of attending to customers and despite being busy always had smiles on their faces and were friendly and outgoing. Isabell who was working on the gift shop side of the store came over later in the evening to help do dishes. She was equally as nice. I wish I would have caught the bands name, they were actually pretty good. They did several Johnny Cash tunes and actually did them justice. Saturday brought a much bigger crowd, with a long line for people ordering drinks who were not sitting at the bar. (They don't seem to have servers other than the bartenders and a couple younger guys who must work in the kitchen who run food orders out. In addition to Theresa and Shelby there was a gentleman behind the bar who was pouring some of the beer and drinks and another bartender; a woman with a baseball cap with Boss Lady written in rhinestones across the front. Unfortunately while she may have been necessary to help take care of the crowd, she sure didn't have the friendly disposition that the other employees seem to have and never seemed to smile and just continuously barked orders and the others. At one point the person sitting next to me grabbed a menu that was on the bar and bumped a water glass which spilled. She actually just, without a word spoken, threw a towel at us so we could wipe it up ourselves. A couple of the beer options had run out on Friday and were not replaced for Saturday which was a bummer but a decent alternative was found.. in addition to the beer they have Vodka, silver tequila, bourbon and gin available for some basic mixed drinks (sorry millennials no AMF shots available here) I believe they're their own brand that they distill at their Las Cruses location. I have to say I did enjoy the vodka, it was very smooth but the gin was way too floral for me. The food offered is pretty standard bar fare but the fried pickles were better than most. They also offer pizza. We didn't have any but the people around us seemed to enjoy it.

A very pleasant bartender seated my wife, our young puppy, and me on their very nice patio, and brought the pup a bowl of water without being asked, which we always appreciate. I ordered an IPA and my wife got a stout, as February is stout month at craft breweries all around the country. Both of us thought our beers were delicious and well balanced. To our surprise, there were ashtrays on several of the tables on the patio, and a man was smoking a cigar a few tables from us (smoking is banned inside and out at all business establishments in Colorado). The piped-in music was rather eclectic - everything from 70s classic rock to Shakira to modern auto-tuned pop. We had just had lunch in Hatch, so did not try the food. We have decided that we will spend the night in Socorro on an upcoming trip to see my dad, as the town looks like a lot of fun and we really want to try the other local brewpubs.

I got a flight of beers: the Green Chile Lager actually had quite a spicy kick (definitely an acquired taste). My favorite was the 49er's Oktoberfest Lager. The Hoppenheimer was a strong IPA with a 9.3% ABV, and the Ladrones Mexican Lager was crisp and refreshing. For food, I tried the Socorro Dog ($11). It's supposed to have bacon, but I couldn't really see or taste any. I liked the combo of shredded Gouda, green chile, tomato relish, and beer mustard. The poppy seed bun was also a nice touch. We also shared a 12 inch Supreme Pizza ($14.50) with olives, sausage, green chile, mushrooms, and pepperoni. I liked the thin crust. I also ordered the Birds of a Feather cocktail ($13) which had dark aged rum, Aperol, pineapple juice, lime, and simple syrup. I asked for a splash of Prosecco to make it sparkling, and it was indeed refreshing. They also have a pool table ($1 per rack) and a dog-friendly outdoor patio, which I always like to see. There's also plenty of board games to borrow. The only downside was that the bathrooms could use a little cleaning and updating. Overall though, this was a solid spot with good drinks and a chill vibe.
