The crew and it's manager are ALWAYS there to help with a smile and greeting. I want good service and a fair price and that is the #1 priority. The change I have seen in this store over the last 6 months has been HUGE!!! I can go in and get multiple quantities of the same product NOW because they have CLEARLY put an emphasis on INVENTORY and selection. Change is not always good, BUT in this case it is PERFECT!!!!! Pet owners will find accessories for horses, dogs and cats. I remember seeing a variety of mice and other small rodents for sale. Throughout the process staff regularly checked in on me and did everything they could to help. Tom and Pete in particular were instrumental in helping me find exactly what I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me solve my problem. Excellent service and a great resource for hard-to-find hardware.

Husqvarna's corporate policy allows returns within 30 days, but they can't require a retailer to support their policy. The clerk remarked that the model we had bought is a "POS" so even the staff knew it was a substandard mower yet sold it to an 83 year old man. Doing research after the fact, the same mower at Lowes was $400 cheaper and Lowe's stands behind the products and respect customers. When I was informed that it was available for pickup at Customer Service the clerk was unable to find the location of the item. I proceeded to sit back and wait patiently while she looked for the item. About 45 minutes later she finally came back to tell me that she hadn't found it yet! I was appalled that she didn't come back earlier to tell me that the wait would be this long! Eventually she found the item, 'in a place where it wasn't supposed to be' she said.... This happened at about 5 PM yesterday and I observed that customer service was practically abandoned at that time with only one lady who continued to talk on the phone looking away from me 'cuz she knew I'd be an upset customer if she acknowledged me. VERY POOR handling of my situation.. I think I'll try Home Depot next time. Perhaps they'll be better....

Keeping things simple, I immediately paid off the dishwasher I bought in December of 2025. This was the first time I'd used the card--and the last. A Lowe's employee let me take a screen shot that verified what I've tried to prove to Synchrony and I've included it in my correspondence, I've disputed the unpaid balance three times, but the documented attempts have gotten me nowhere. I'm 82 and never carry a balance, always pay in full when the bill comes in. Now I'm being hounded and my credit rating is taking a huge hit.

I was shown the photographic images of my eyes as he explained what we were seeing. I have some issues with my retinas that he was able to show me where, and what was happening with them. He was reassuring to me as I had concerns from a prior diagnosis done at a large local eye center where I felt "herded" through and dismissed. This office is so kind, personal and caring.
