He first noticed a squeaky floor board, that he fixed before starting the job. He worked several hours at a time until the job was done. The results were amazing! The floors were a rich warm brown and I was in love. Mike was knowledgeable about the product and he told us what he was doing throughout the job. I will recommend Mike to all my friends and neighbors, he gets five stars from me.

The company I ordered it from offered me a small discount to try and find someone to "fix it" (I'm currently in a dispute with them over the entire situation). I reached out to Cabinet Connection and spoke with Dan who was very kind and told me to bring the board in for him to take a look at. He immediately said he would see what he could do and just a few days later called me to let me know the board now had all the necessary holes. I was so relieved when I assembled the console and the board fit into place perfectly! Bill and Cindy Walker, the owners, were very easy to work with and restored the entryway with a much more durable finish in Urethane.
