I went to park behind the building, when I pulled back there, 2 people were sitting in plastic chairs having a conversation. I opened my window and asked if I could park behind the bike shop. The male asked me ," what do you need?. I answered that I was going to meet my daughter and her mom because we were buying bikes. He was immediately agitated and said the store doesn't open until 12. I looked at the clock and I was 45 minutes early. And then he asked me again " what do you want?" . I explained again I am meeting my daughter and her mom to buy bikes. And the male proceeded again, " but what do you need? . Not understanding why the intensity, I said " I need nothing, but my daughter and her mom are getting bikes!" . He answered yes I can park behind the building, and then turned around and said " I don't like your attitude!" . He walked up to my truck and put his hands in my car and proceeded to be aggressive. At this poi t I realized this dude has issues. I ended my conversation and said " no attitude here" . This was not good enough for him. Love love love my local bike shop! They just tuned up two bikes that had been neglected for two years. Gears on one were always touchy but after tune-up the shifting is smoother than ever. Shop is small but carries some unique items. Got some unique panniers from them a few years back that I love and have never found online or anywhere else. Very friendly and attentive. The service for repairs is top notch. It's a smaller shop, but they still have a bike for just about everyone. If you might be interested in a vintage bike they typically have some on the floor as well. If I want a bike tuned up or gone over this is my favorite on Cleveland's west side. read more
