Buffalo Chicken salad was awesome. White slice was nothing special - I don't think I'll get that again. I've ordered delivery a couple times from here and they're always under the quoted time. There seems to be a lack of communication between those who answer the phones and those who deliver. I ordered online, and Chrome Autofill added in my home apartment number into the address box - which would make it confusing once the delivery shows up to work looking for an apartment at a commercial building. My bad for not catching this before hitting submit. However, less than 30 seconds later I called them to correct this, telling them to ignore the Apartment and deliver it to (business name where I work)...and that the address was overall correct except for that erroneous apartment number insertion. Delivery kid gets here and is confused because they didn't fix the info as requested. Nothing that wasn't solved by me going outside and meeting him, but it's just irritating on principle since I called to correct this specifically because I knew that would happen. read more

Been coming for many years, but this time was very disappointing. Ordered chicken parm hero. "Where's the chicken", it had very thin slices of chicken and leathery. Seriously, it was mostly bread and the thin chicken filets wouldn't tear easily when I tried to take a bite and was hard and chewy. In comparison, last week I went to the Italian deli down the road next to Carvel. Their chicken parm hero was almost 2x bigger with thick and generous cutlets; and price was comparable. I know they're probably busy right now but they literally fried up a batch of zeppoli and pitched them in a paper bag without a container. We're in the middle of a pandemic and they're delivering greasy food, dripping through paper bags without boxes. I put in a complaint with Grubhub since that is who processed the order and they said the restaurant claimed they could neither resend nor refund the order. I'm a regular customer here. I really enjoy the food. They make a really good Pizza for the price you are paying. The hero's are okay and sometimes they forget the special requests but that's okay because accidents happen. They make THE BEST rolls especially the Pepperoni Rolls and Chicken Marsala. Everything is always fresh and made to order and delivery is always on time or early. I will continue ordering from here because the service in my opinion is great. There's something about the dough!!! I love the pizza here. i like their buy 1 get one for 4 dollars. It doesnt really help my health/fitness goals but it sure down satisfy my hunger pangs. Its right across from dominos pizza, so you have your choices and there is another like 8 pizza shops down main street, but i still end up coming to this one. They are always nice to me when i go there so i dont understand the negative reviews. Def come by this place. They have a solid sitting area, bathrooms and tv's. I've been coming to Ray's since 1999 and always loved their pizza. However I ordered their pizza on slice two days in a row and today it took over 30 minutes to get a slice of cheese pizza from the time I ordered. Really sad since they had my order in hand and the place was empty when I walked in but it took another 15 minutes to actually get my daughter her one slice. I've ordered from this place multiple times and the last few deliveries have made me question if I should continue. Tonights order was it for me! We waited over 2 1/2 hours for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 45minutes. We called multiple times and instead of giving us the order for free, they just kept saying it's on it's way. When the pizza finally arrived it was the wrong order and the delivery guy was trying to charge us, even though we paid with a card over the phone. Salad tomatoes had the consistency that only happens when they are frozen and then thawed. Somehow they were able to make eggplant dry even though it was sitting in sauce. Spaghetti was mysteriously cut into inch-long kid-sized bites. All hot foods came cold, except the bread which remained uncooked in the center. Typically order through the grub hub app for delivery. My family likes the grandma pie- crust is thin and crunchy and the sauce is tasty.
